This is just about Graham's comment about going to the gym. For me, as much as I like going to the gym, it never wakes me up. If I'm already in a more awake state, then I'll work harder, but if I'm tired to the point where it's hard for me to stay awake, the gym NEVER wakes me up. It makes me even more tired, and honestly, I'm not sure how to fix it.
I used to feel the same way! I do not know the details behind how you normally exercise, but for me, it was all about pushing through until I hit a certain threshold. For example, I used to hate going on the treadmill every morning as I was tired from my normal day activities, let alone additional work such as energizing. Over time, I started seeing a correlation in how long I workout, to hitting what I call the flow state. When I first start I hate it. But After hitting the 20 minute mark, something clicks out of no where and I start to tolerate it. 30 minutes in, I start to not mind it and enjoy the adrenaline rush. So maybe force your body to acclimate to working out and tell yourself if you still wanna get off when you hit that time (for me 20 min) then I will. Bust most of the time even on my worst days, by the time that time hits I rarely feel the same wanting to get off as I did at the beginning of the exercise. Hope that helps!
Every single person who comes in has student debt and he gives them 0 advise as to how easy and low the payment plans are. You just have to call the gov, he doesn't give that valuable info and then people fall prey to these skams that sign people up for the programs but add a bunch of fees.
That's because by lowering your payment, you are adding to the length of the loan. That's why we have people entering retirement with student loans from their teens/early 20's
