Sincere and determined people need truthful information and a good plan to escape the cycle and hole you are in. Incredible marriages ARE possible. They are achieved by:
    1. Learning about the mind and mastering it so your changes are permanent and you are always growing.
    2. Learning how to behave, and not behave in marriage friendly ways
    3. Making unconditional love and ever-expanding happiness your primary and constant missions.
Go to themarriagefoundation.org and get the course if you need it. Now is not the time to experiment. It is the time for positive action.

I’m newly married and I already don’t like some of his attitudes. I’m gonna wait and see patiently an year or so if he’s still not acting like a husband I quit

I'm a wife and mother of 2. I watched your video on being a better wife to my hubby. Loved it. Only rolled my eyes once lol. Everything else was spot on. I am a little surprised the message for women was a half hour long and the message for men was 7 minutes. But if you think about it, we women talk a bit more and need more clarification most times lol. Makes sense. Keep up the good work sir!

Underrated and underappreciated wisdom here... wow. ❤ I'm a sensitive man who is calm the majority of the time, but I have deep wounds from watching my mom verbally abuse my father over silly things like making the coffee too weak, misplacing a storage bin, etc. (whether or not he was really at fault, he got it). In my own marriage, this makes it incredibly difficult to stay calm when it feels that my wife is criticizing me. In the past, instead of trying to decide what to do, I'd just use magic thinking and hope someday I'll be absolutely unerring in all my actions and speech and never receive criticism... because that somehow sounded more realistic than working on myself. Maybe that's just how broken I feel sometimes, but regardless, thank you for this video.

We try to be conservative when it comes to our suggestions because the course is not the easiest path, just the best. but we want you to succeed more than just to have an okay marriage. So try the book, If it brings you and your marriage to a state of happiness then it was just what you needed
