Small addition; the UV Selection Constraint options can be accessed inside the UV Editor window with the shortcut (Hold) Ctrl+Shift+Right Mouse. Also looks like this shortcut opens the same options as the Hold W + Left Mouse shortcut, just depends on the window in focus. Great Vid, keep it up!
There's actually a very easy way to select ring loops. You select an edge and then shift+double click an adjacent edge. If the adjacent edge is in a loop it will select the edge loop, if it is in the ring it will select the ring.
Thanks for the upload. Great video! As a side, it's also possible to select an edge-ring by selecting and edge, holding down shift and double clicking the next edge in the edge ring.
That EdgeLoop selection constraint can probably be used to find broken/undesired edge loops more quickly since you can glide over the mesh without having to indulge arthritis. Overall pretty neat!
