    THIS HELPED SO MUCH. Nobody told me stepping up with your right foot first could drive more power into your hit. They always told me step with opposite foot. Thank you so much

    Omg the shoulder rotation tip is so useful, I always serve with a straight body so I'll try a 90° feet position
    Edit: the chin tip is also very very good, first time I've seen that. Also just by watching the last serve the steps approach taught me how to get more power so thanks overall!

    I found this vid and tried serve for an hour after watching like 5 times. Immediate great help. Thank you!
    For language reasons, I don't get the part about eyes.
    For the part of pull the chin, does it mean don't move your head or neck around too much? To keep stable?
    For the look closely at the ball and image dots part, I have no idea what that means. Maybe it means to concentrate on the ball hence the contact area with palm?
    Could anyone please help me with this?

    • @sdvolleyballenglish2020
      @sdvolleyballenglish2020  ปีที่แล้ว +3

      that's right! It is important not to raise your chin as much as possible so that your eyes do not move up and down!
      I'm using the translation function, so I'm sorry I couldn't convey it well!

    • @cipheromen
      @cipheromen ปีที่แล้ว +2

      @@sdvolleyballenglish2020 thank you for your reply! I have practiced according to your series for a week and what improvement it is! I now somehow understand the eyes and dots part: it's about concentration.
      don't say sorry about translation, as we can understand from body movements!

      Pretty much drown out the other side of the court, your entire focus should be on the ball, so much so, that you notice the smallest details
