श्री मान जी,एक बात आप से पूछनी है कि मैने अपने प्लाट पर कंपाउंड ,(9 इंच)4.5 इंच मेरी और 4.5 डीलर की डीपीसी डलवाई थी,कुछ समय बाद मेरे साथ वाले प्लाट पर डीलर ने मकान बना कर सेल कर दिया,और मैने अपने साथ वाले डीलर से डीपीसी का कोई पैसा नही लिया,और मै अब अपना मकान बना रहा हु,मेरा नया पड़ोसी अब अपनी दीवार के पैसे मांग रहा है (ग्राउंड फ्लोर) .अब मुझे क्या करना चाहिए कृपया करके जल्दी से जल्दी बताये.
