With material 25-30 rs per sq/ft in poshe area in Delhi.
1 bag easily covers around 90 sqft.
900 rs rustic texture, 400 rs Apex asian paint with color, 200 rs JK putty 4-5 kgs, 300-400 rs for Gurmala, patti, etc....
Labour rate daily basis in Delhi for painter is 700-800 rs.
It takes maximum 1.5-2 days for 100 sq ft wall so for 2 days labour = 1600
Total expenses = 3500 rs for 100 sqft,
If you have 200 sqft then still labour will take 2 days, but u will need another 25 kg pack of texture and another 200 rs putty, 1 litre paint might be extra so for 200 sq ft charges will be 5100 rs maximum.
100 sq ft = 35 rs sqft
200 sq ft = 25 rs sq ft
..and so on more area will reduce the average pricing of texture paint.
All the above is for very good area in South Delhi including labour and material cost.
Cheaper areas may give you cheaper prices too.

Rustic bhi chhote Dane waala aur mote daane waala aata hai.

Seelen wali deewar par ( without waterproofing ) koi aapko rustic suggest bhi nahi krega...agar Aisa koi kar Raha h to usko court me घसीट skte ho 👍 aap khud socho seelan wali deewar par to plaster nahi tikta to ye kaise tikega .
