      If a fuse that comes with the LED assembly keeps blowing out could this mean the wires to the battery are not a thick enough gage? The LED leads are much thicker than my lead wires to the battery terminals....

    So I have a 2019 FatBob. If I wanted light up under the rear fender, engine area and ground under engine as well as the front fender all I would need is the starter kit and fork mounts leds?

    With the saddle bag extension kit, is there a way to wire them directly into the rear taillights and use the power from there? Essentially, using them as running lights.

    RYAN .... On/Off Switch... I would like to put the lights on the switch "Panel" under my Touch Screen. That would make life so much simpler and uniform for turning on and off the accent lights. I can not find a switch like that for the 2018 Ultra Limited. AND/OR is there an accent light set that plugs in where I plugged in my Fang light, Windshield trim lights and Vent light, In that "daisy chain" that I have created in the auxiliary light source? The accent lights then would come on with all the other LEDs I have installed.

    I wonder how heat resistant these are.
    It gets pretty damn hot (dry heat) down here in NorCal upwards of 110°F in the summer.
    Would these lights melt like I do around here?

      They shouldn't, we get to 100 often during the summer here in Eastern WA. No issues so far.

    Great video! What about the wire for the break feature what do you do with it? Where does it tie in?

    • @RyanUrlacher
      @RyanUrlacher  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      You have to spice it into a hot brake wire.

      @@RyanUrlacher Splice it into the hot brake wire seems a little vague. Of all the steps in this video which was great by the way, to leave out that one step seems a bit odd. I don't feel comfortable just splicing into wires.

      @@monsignorotarpaigh9297 I called the service department at the dealership, give him the year of my bike and what I was doing, he told me exactly what wire in the harness below the seat was in fact the brake wire. I cut it back a bit away from the harness and spliced into it. Works great now, hit the brakes and the entire bike turns red.

    Are they legal in Washington?

    • @RyanUrlacher
      @RyanUrlacher  5 ปีที่แล้ว

      There legal in all states. Just depends if you're on private property or riding on the road. That varies from state to state. Legal in Washington run them when parked or not on a public highway.

      Would it be possible to see how visible the extensions are and how well the wires are hidden?
