Although Railanor is one of my favorites, her dialogue and character gives the impression that Rosalinde will always come first for her. I’m not saying she does not care for or does not love Alain but for Railanor, Rosalinde is number 1. Still maybe thats not the case.
The only downside to Railanor is that she basically chooses Rosalinde over you even if she's your Queen. It can't be enjoyable watching your wife devote herself so much to another.
It is kinda weird, her dialogue in the city really makes it seem like she is going to stick to Elhein, but the actual ending states she lives in Cornia with Alain despite visiting often. I guess Rosalinde convinced Railanor to follow her heart between that scene and the actual ending?

Not all characters have 3 rapports. Some have 1, others 2, many 3, and even a lot that don't have rapports.
