What I appreciate is that the game avoids giving any implications to Alain’s preferred type, so you can do whatever you want with him. He can be into the healer from the desert, his own cousin, or a giant bear man if you so desire it.

I'm just thinking about the writer and the VA. One had to come up with each scenario of how Alain would propose. The other had to get into character and act out each proposal.
Starting with best girl Virginia is just fitting. I like that she knows straight away that MC wants to marry her and already takes the ring asap. No doubts. No questions. Unlike the other girls who ask "are you sure?" or "but but" Virginia has no doubts. She is a woman who knows what she wants and go for it. Best girl material.

Still couldn't decide whether to give to Virginia, Berengaria, Eltolinde or Melisandre. I like Virginia's confidence and strong will, Berengaria's carefree and tsundere attitude, Melisandre's boldness and honesty (it's rather rare to have a girl openly admit their affection first), and Eltolinde's sweetness (well this one is rather bold as well in rapport dialogue though more restrained due to her role)
I mean in all the endings only one of them mentions him fathering a child, that one being Chloe’s ending which is pretty sweet as Alain, Chloe, Scarlett and Lex are all childhood friends (well I should rephrase and say Childhood friends since what happened to Cornia and his mother)
My favorite has to be Primm's. (27:05) The other ones sound too formal and dry, almost like it's a business partnership. Primm's is the most realistic and sweet, since she genuinely wasn't expecting it and she shares her unfiltered thoughts. 🥰

The game is amazing I've been cracked out doing every single quest and increasing rapport with all the characters. Play the demo it's a good 5 hours long probably and the progress transfers over if you buy it

I'm still torn with who to pick. Virginia and Scarlett are of course game led choices it seems. Melisandre immediately tried to flirt the moment you met her. Berengaria I enjoyed her cut scene and banter. Railanor is my favorite, with Yahna and Selvie, along with the linde sisters. I'm not a furry so I'm not picking the beastrials. I'm really yorn after 80+ hours now, building rapport, maxing everything out, getting early weapons etc etc. a lot of them have ruby and sapphire pendants, those I enjoy using in their respective fire teams.

I heard of this game once and I like this, A game where you have a Plethora of Female characters you can romance, damn why all games can't do this?.
Berengarnia gave me Shamir from Fire Emblem 3 Houses vibes so was definitely my first choice
Vanillaware put a whole lot more effort in this than most farming games do. Which are all about settling down.

The game is amazing I've been cracked out doing every single quest and increasing rapport with all the characters.
Play the demo it's a good 5 hours long probably and the progress transfers over if you buy it

The most interesting thing to come out is Vanilla ware went so over budget the devs had to use personal funds on this game.
Granted when you consider that almost every single playable character does NOT share an VA at least in English so that’s at least 60 VAs
And most are pretty good too.
And to think about all the rapport conversations for every character (most won't ever see the majority of the Non Alain ones).
Such a cool game and story

@@azazelleblack i think primm is the best priest waifu. her scene is making this more difficult for me. my thought process at the moment from min/max standpoint, is Barengaria or Yunifi. i play the hardest difficulty on my second playthrough. in my first playthrough i picked the "canon" scarlett.
the screnes of yahna and primm makes it harder to pick now.
I'm still torn with who to pick. Virginia and Scarlett are of course game led choices it seems. Melisandre immediately tried to flirt the moment you met her. Berengaria I enjoyed her cut scene and banter. Railanor is my favorite, with Yahna and Selvie, along with the linde sisters. I'm not a furry so I'm not picking the beastrials. I'm really yorn after 80+ hours now, building rapport, maxing everything out, getting early weapons etc etc. a lot of them have ruby and sapphire pendants, those I enjoy using in their respective fire teams.
I love how Rosalinde runs to the altar. Definitely my favorite

Well both VAs for Aigis are in this game, Ramona is voiced by Karen Strassman, the original Aigis, and Amalia is voiced by Dawn M Bennett the new VA of Aigis

Personally Monica’s the one I’m most adamant about NOT giving the ring to. That includes Virginia.
Haven’t beaten the game yet, but I’ve heard Clive and Monica have the only non-Alain paired ending.
