That way, Eddie and Urkel could've delivered a hilarious revenge on him. Using his clumsiness to his advantage, Steve moves himself and his stuff into Mr. McClure's loft. Fearing the prospect of Urkel living with him, McClure agrees to give financial support back to Greta and stop coming in between her and Eddie's relationship as long as the nerd doesn't come back to his place again.

I never understood why Greta’s father didn’t like Eddie.
