What scares me the most is the Mannequin has no sound, no music, it's just silence in their end screen. Not even a light tap for their footsteps.

Chapter 2’s cliffhanger is probably the most ominous. All you hear is just the laughing and giggling sounds of a little creepy girl. She’s waiting for you, and ready to have a new friend to play with.

For me it's chapter 5 for the simple fact that there's no sound.
Chapter 2 had laughter and stomping sounds, indicating that a child would be hunting you.
Chapter 3 had duck sounds, indicating that rubber ducks would be hunting you.
Chapter 4 had beeps and breathing, indicating that you would be in a hospital and get hunted down by nurses.
Chapter 5... *Has nothing.*
Chapter 5 only has ominous ambience noises as you see the mannequin's silhouette.
Considering what we know of Chapter 5, I guess it really sets the tone of *"Don't make any noise"*
