  • Just finished your pickleball match? Time to cool down properly! Stretching is key to prevent injuries and keep you playing your best.
    1️⃣ Stay Active: After your game, keep moving to prevent muscle tightness. Take a few laps around the court or a brisk walk.
    2️⃣ Quad Stretch: Use a towel or strap to stretch the front of your thigh. This helps with knee pain too!
    3️⃣ Hamstring Stretch: Keep your leg straight and feel the pull in the back of your thigh. Hold for 30 seconds and repeat on both sides.
    4️⃣ Upper Body Stretch: Grab onto a fence or pole to stretch your back, shoulders, and lats. Add a spinning stretch to target your chest and biceps.
    5️⃣ Psoas Stretch: Lunge forward, keeping your back straight, and lean into the stretch. Feel it in your hip and thigh.
