Y’all been watching the games? It is clear that the position coach inexperience is what has created the fall. 6 guys with no college coaching experience. Add to that ignoring portal. That’s a recipe for disaster.

What does Dabo do well, teaching Offense? No. teaching Defense? No. Play calling? No. Scheming? No. He’s a real good recruiter and culture guy. He’s a CEO. If he misses on hires and recruits this is what you get.
Clemson has been swirling in the drain for 3-4 years. Now the swirling is starting to accelerate. Their 2024 recruiting class rank is #16. Bit by bit they will continue to erode.
Comparing State and Clemson's offensive numbers to claim Clemson outplayed State is a rookie mistake. State could afford to be conservative on offense because they were up multiple scores. Clemson had to gain a lot of yards to come from behind. It's not all that uncommon for a losing team to out gain the winning team.
Dabo got generational talents out of the state of Georgia at QB. The absolute worst was Richt not landing Deshaun Watson. Once UGA quit screwing around, hired Kirby Smart, and locked down Georgia, that became a problem for teams like Alabama and Clemson. Not immediately( see 2017, 2018 etc), but in the long run…UGA has climbed the summit and Clemson and Alabama have fallen back in the 2020’s.
Absolutely, not pulling in a big time QB like we were doing has hurt with WR recruiting. But don't look now bc we have some solid WRs coming in, and I wouldn't close my eyes on Blake Hebert just yet bc he reminds me of a really tough QB that we had in Tajh Boyd, and Tajh would have been a true gun slinger if we would have had the talent that we've had since Tajh has been gone. Hey but Dabo loves making idiots out of know it alls like those 4 in the video!!!

This is a 6-6/5-7 team every year if no changes are made. The only change is dabo fired. If you dont agree youre delusional. I called this at the beginning of the year and everyone said i was crazy. Now they dont wanna hear it.
When they were doing good Dabo said lil ole Clemson was at the mountaintop..well there was an avalanche on the mountain and lil ole Clemson slid down into Death Valley…LITERALLY!!!!!!!!!!
The transfer portal is irrelevant man. The coaching is the problem. You can bring in whoever you want it won't matter if the coaching sucks.

Good points all around. I've been a Clemson fan since I went there for grad school & been threw a lot of ups & downs in 28 years. Spot on that we need to use the transfer portal. Defense is good but needs a better offense to keep the ball. We definitely need a better O-line and some new WRs.
NIL and the transfer portal will not change Clemson. The coaches will still be there and Dabo still believes that he is entitled to command $11.5 million regardless of outcome. Clemson hasn't been to the playoffs since OSU beat them in 2020. There is probably no one left from the playoffs on that current roster. Even with NIL and the transfer portal, would you want to be a part of a rebuilding effort at Clemson if you're a high school senior/junior or go to a better program?
It'a a CONFIDENCE problem: the QB has no confidence in the O Line. The O line has no confidence in the backfield (someone will turn it over), and the defense has no confidence in the offense, so it's like why are we trying so hard-they'll screw it up. And last but not least, the QB has no confidence in his backs or the coach,because he calls his own number if he doesn't like the play call. In the real world, if I go against my boss, that's insubordination-my butt is on the bench (at home for a day or two).
The defense is solid. Offensive position coaches have to be upgraded. Players are not being developed at all

Clemson got one big problem- Dabo - that’s the problem
Dabo has handcuffs on Riley. He also has too much input into who plays and when. I don’t know how he can justify ship over mafah. Or why hamp green is even on the field. Are the position coaches even doing anything? Offensive line is something. Clemson has always neglected. We’ve never had a goo O line. Ever.

I love Dabo's honesty. Lmfao. Who do you think your program was before Dabo? Check the record. I know alternative facts are popular in South Carolina. But check your history. Clemson is not blue blood. Not even close. The program will fall back to just an average ACC football team (the worst of the Power 5 football conferences). I hope he does take a job opening at Michigan (program at least had some class prior to Harbaugh) or some much better program.
Dabo just needs to see if Connor Stalions has a brother or a cousin.

I'm so tired of people keep talking about this transfer portal this has nothing to do with that this is a coaching issue this is players not being a developed issue that's what this is so the portal wouldn't have helped if guys who was on our team who was very good decided to leave so why go get other guys who are not going to play on this team anyway we get the guys that we want they have to develop the players

The super mega church money has been equaled by the NIL. They were using mega churches to fund the program and get the parents of top recruits jobs in the area. They done.....

Can we take a step back and think about the fact that this program has had a level of success only shared by 2-3 other schools over the last 15 years. This isn’t a good clemson team but the expectations of this program aren’t sustainable for 99% of the programs in college football and that’s the only problem clemson has.
