this is very true and exactly how i lost my woman. At the beginning i was a high value king grinding for my purpose and she was complementary to me. This mostly worked for my marriage, but since I am stoic person and never really showed emotions. She just went cheating looking for that emotional support. At the end of the day there is no clear solution and there never will be. Just take life as it goes and try to always better yourself and better your life.
The issue is that yes we need to be on our purpose and do what is best for us and but us first. BUT, you still need to provide SOME attention and love to your women. And then pull back. Thoughts on alpha vs sigma attraction?
sigma choosing who to be dominant to very carefully. My understanding is that sigmas are introverted and alphas are extroverted leaders or kings or whatever, dominant. Sigmas have small circle because the bigger the circle the more exhausting it is to them. (introverts) Alphas strive from big groups and only derive energy from it. How this affects attraction on women? Is the sigma mystery more attractive or alpha popularity? Depends on the woman too i guess. Both are very capable and both are dominant by definition.
A man who is in confident, good shape, dresses well, is masculine & appears to be going somewhere in life financially, will receive a good reaction from women regardless of if he’s introverted or extroverted.

I am victim of putting her and the children before my needs cuz I was told that's what you do when you out yourself in a situation. But it turns them off. Always put yourself first. Putting everyone else first only makes them temporary happy if daddy isn't happy with himself. Spot on. Soon as I cut my losses she called out crying wanting to come back because I showed her how strong I was to say fuck everyone and focus solely on me.
