Love the way you set up your notebook . Great idea . I have recently also come across something called the Eisenhower method when my to do list feels too long and overwhelming and I don’t know which task to prioritize because a lot of them seem to have equal importance and it’s too many that have equal importance lol or so it would seem at first glance lol . Then one day ( just recently… like two days ago 😆) I found the Eisenhower method on TH-cam. I think your method and that one combined is so perfect !

That's awesome! I've never heard of the Eisenhower method but I'm going to have to check it out! Thanks for the tip!

I moved to a notebook a few years ago when I couldn't keep up with a planner. I never would use them after a week or so. Now, everything gets written in my notebook and I can find it. Recipes, to do lists, reminders, etc

I went digital this year and use the reminders app, notes, and calendar on my phone.
With the reminders app I was able to set my tasks to repeat on a certain day of the month or day of the week. So I don’t have to repeatedly enter the info for tasks I do regularly or remember yearly tasks because they can just repeat on my to do list.

That's a great way to use the reminders app!

I use a similar method but all electronic. I make a to do list on my phone using a Notes app that allows me to make a list and each item once completed is checked off. Once a week at the end of one week and before the next I go through and make the list for the new week adding anything that didn't get done the week before. I also use calendar app for appointments, birthdays, anniversaries etc and add details in the note section as well as set the reminder for appropriate time so I get reminders for things to do or add to my weekly list. For birthdays and anniversary I have the reminder a week before so I can get a card or gift and send it off. This way I don't use any extra items and always have my phone handy. No forgetting the to do list or throwing out paper each week, month or year. It only uses 2 apps I already have and use regularly and both are free. The notes sections can be more detailed and the ability to change color of note or appointment bar allows an easy way to see what is high medium or low priority. I also keep my shopping list on the same app with the most common items already listed and add items as I see they are needed and regular items get reset (Unchecked) as they become needed throughout the week. This way I don't need to make a shopping list each week just check or uncheck common items and add uncommon items to the list.

I’ve always just used a notebook for lists but have never thought to structure it. Thanks for the suggestion.
