Hello, thank you so much for this useful tutorial. But for me I have faced one challenge that when I do all the process and paths you have gone, finally I get all responses having the same counts
@@denisdeusdedith5849 Sorry to hear it doesn't seem to work for you. I suggest you review the structure of your data, and analytical steps. Also, as you have booked my calendar, I will take a closer look at the data with you and assist appropriately.
Thank you so much sir. You spared me a lot of work and time. For some reason, I do not have the "PivotTabel Report" Option at 4:26 but I can only import it as "Table". However I found a workaround as I can then transform it into a Pivot. It's just important to tick "Add this data to the Data Model" when creating the Pivot from the Table as otherwise it won't allow "Distinct Count" later on.

Hi Kizito. Thanks for the question. Yes. I have covered that for 3 multiple response question in this video. In such cases, make sure to delete columns you do not need for analysis (or data segmentation) in each unpivoted table to manage the model size, especially for large sample sizes. th-cam.com/video/WX5hLOfC1R0/w-d-xo.html

Is the close and load to pivot an option available only on certain devices?
Hi Juliana
You should see that once you load your data to power query.
Not sure. But should be available in Excel 2016 and later

So does this mean if i have say 5 multiple response questions i'll need to follow procedure for each one of them and do them separately?
