Your voices were heard, and we successfully avoided the development of a minimum of 109 units, mitigating potential traffic impacts on our Town. Cleanup efforts and a protective fence are underway, with visioning meetings starting in February. Additionally, progress on the 8.5-acre Environmental Restoration Land includes upcoming Public Involvement meetings and grants totaling over $1.3 million. Moving into Phase 2, the 16-Acre Legacy Park & Municipal Complex involves key stakeholders and brownfield strategies. Celebrate with us, as our Town now owns a total of 28 acres, preventing the development of over 618 units.
