When things were at their very worst:
2 Suns, Cross in the sky, 2 comets will collide = don`t be afraid - repent, accept Lord`s Hand of Mercy.
The first sign - the Earth will spin faster.
The second sign concerns the sun, which will loom larger, brighter and begin to spin.
Scientists will say it was a global illusion.
Beaware - Jesus will never walk in flesh again.
After WW3 - rise of the “ man of peace“ from the East = Antichrist - the most powerful, popular, charismatic and influential leader of all time. Many miracles will be attributed to him. He will imitate Jesus in every conceivable way.
Don`t trust „pope“ Francis = the False Prophet
      - will seem to rise from the dead
      - will unite all Christian Churches and all Religions as one.
One World Religion = the seat of the Antichrist.
Benedict XVI is the last true pope - will be accused of a crime of which he is totally innocent.
      - banking collapse was deliberately masterminded by the Antichrist
      - Antichrist will step in and create a false peace in the state of Israel by joining them with palestine in an unlikely alliance.
      - „He will recite extracts from My Teachings, which he will passionately proclaim from every secular stage in the world, until people sit up and take notice of him.“

Bathing being considered womanly dates back to the viking age. Specifically because the nordic people at the time bathed weekly on saturdays, hence the name of saturday in nordic languages, which the British considered to be obsessively hygienic and, for some reason, ungodly. Possibly because of this and other reasons there were many tales of British women running off to marry norsemen over locals.
It's also documented in the varangian tract, where one of the conditions for scandinavians forming the varangian guard was unlimited access to bathing.

I think back in my days in school for PE we had the Fitness Gram Test. I had to take it every year. The coach would put a CD in the player and there was an instructor that would talk. You then had to do pushups, sit ups, and something other things. It capped at 100. I think there was one kid that made it to 100 pushups. I also had track & field days in elementary school.

24:20 The FitnessGram™ Pacer Test is a multistage aerobic capacity test that progressively gets more difficult as it continues. The 20 meter pacer test will begin in 30 seconds. Line up at the start. The running speed starts slowly, but gets faster each minute after you hear this signal. [beep] A single lap should be completed each time you hear this sound. [ding] Remember to run in a straight line, and run as long as possible. The second time you fail to complete a lap before the sound, your test is over. The test will begin on the word start. On your mark, get ready, start.

The pushups/situps/run is an army standard in the UK. That's supposed to be your baseline level of fitness, aka everyone should be able to do it. You definitely need to commit to it every day though, and after a few weeks you get much better at it.

    • @DVLD0GG98

It is for the US military too. But you have two minutes and two different resting positions. I didn’t see many who could do more than 40-50 in a row. But I knew a ton who could do 70-90 over 2 minutes.

59:00 If anyone is wondering, it's likely because comfort is considered feminine. Men have been taught that enduring discomfort is manly, so the inverse is also true.
That's why things like baths, spas, mani-petis, soft bedding/clothing, etc. are considered more feminine.

True ... Kara's was fine too but Marcus' was just an awkward piece. Maybe its Minka Kelly's horrible voice acting or maybe they wrote her a bad character but the chemistry was practically none-existent. Marcus' arc was a serious snoozefest. Connor having daddy-issues with Hank was wholesome though. Charlie's playthrough was S tier because of their bromance alone.

The presidential fitness test is no where near as hard as they're making it out to be. I very clearly remember the vast majority of students in my school passing at least 5/6 of the tests and the one most people failed was the flexibility test (being able to touch both hands behind you back one coming from over the other coming from under). And that's saying something considering most of the people I went to school with were a bunch of sheltered nerdy white / asian kids many of whom were prepping for tech careers lol. I only remember a few kids failing and it was all fat kids who ironically actually passed like 3 or 4 of the tests but in addition to failing the flexibility test, their BMI fucked them for the calculation on how fast they needed to be for the long distance run. Also, 53 pushups is not massive, I remember about a third of the class hitting the caps for pushups, situps, and pullups myself included and I was a lazy piece of shit that got zero exercise other than Skiing / Mixed Martial Arts competitions on the weekends. Most people had proper form too although there were a handful of cheaters who got away with having bullshit form. But I digress the standards really aren't THAT high, even for us Americans most of whom are completely out of shape even in our youth.
