    This guy is always so quick with the videos, he assumes everyone is tech savy and doesn't explain the process entirely. Just to be clear, this is only meant to set up automatic responses and replaces our Whatsapp Business Phone account? What's the point then? It's not a solution but a hack just to send out Amelia notifications.

    You might want to consider slowing down the video.... It get's "a bit" confusing with the mouse flying over the screen, moving images and scrolling back and forth...

    It is a great update. However, would you consider for the future to also add Telegram integration as a lot of people are moving away from Whatsapp and going to Telegram and others?

      i know its a late reply, but you can create a telegram bot by yourself and do this. However it requires more technical knowledge

    Hi! thanks for this tutorial. Although it's not clear for me, if the app created on Facebook needs to be in "Production Mode", or we just use it to add the WhatsApp service, and it's going to be fully functional even if the app is in Development. Regards,

    Hello. I can't see the "Whatsapp Notifications" section on "Notifications" page in Amelia Plugin. It only appears "Email notifications" and "SMS notifications". I paid for the PRO Version of the plugin, but I can't configure Whatsapp Notifications. What can I do?

    Appreciate this video. It does get quite confusing what you said about the phone number. If I have a personal WhatsApp already on my phone with my phone number, do I need to create or get another (different) phone number to use for the setup?

    I have a problem. everything was working correctly. It has happened to me on 2 websites with the same WhatsApp api. everything points to a META problem.
    The problem is the following, the notifications from when they are launched in wordpress from Amelia until they reach the recipient take about 30 minutes.

    I'm having trouble with the issuer number. I've already had two numbers blocked. Tell me something, do I have to have an exclusive cell phone chip for the WhatsApp account that sends automatic messages? Is that?

      Bear in mind that this can’t be the number that’s already using WhatsApp, so it has to be a number that’s new to WhatsApp.
      If you enter a number that’s already being used by WhatsApp (regardless if it’s a personal or a business account), once you link it here - you won’t be able to use it on a mobile device anymore, so we strongly recommend obtaining a new number for this integration.

    How is this integration going to work now that Facebook has updated it's terms? It wants to charge people for sending messages to customers - through the business platform (web) which is how this integration takes place. I'm unsure if the integration is working as I've followed all the steps provided in the video but I can't send test notifications via Amelia as it shows an error which I'm assuming is because I didn't provide a payment method to Facebook. Also, the option to create transactional templates is no longer available - I have submitted a ticket regarding this - waiting to hear back.

    I like to know more about custom service duration. For example: Barber 1 takes 30 minutes to cut customer hair. But Barber 2 takes 45 minutes time. And Barber 1 can also say for customer A i need 30 minutes but for customer B I need 60 minutes. The price should be the same. How can we reach this with Amalia?

    This is a long shot and I appreciate the video, it's most definitely very helpful! However, is there any possible chance you guys could make one just like this for the SMS settings? I've bought the plan and upgraded everything I needed, but for whatever reason can NOT get it to send me text notifications when someone makes an appointment. The client who makes the appointment receives a notification, but me as the owner do not and I can't seem to be able to find any help on your website or online. I've searched through TH-cam videos and all of your list of videos, but unless I missed it I just can't seem to find a lot of clips regarding this subject. There really isn't a whole lot on this setting online and the only place most links take me to is your help page, but in all honesty it really doesn't help at all. It just tells you the basics and doesn't go in depth or give any steps as to how to actually use the settings besides tellings you to make an account and add money to it. For me this is something our client really wants, and I upgraded my plan to you guys from my old appointment plugin specifically because you offer the SMS feature and I didn't want to have to go through a third party and have to do all those extra steps and make new accounts for everything just to get what I need. If anyone can help with this it would be truly appreciated!

However, I found a 3rd party way that lets me do it so I'm going to go with that since it makes it work the way I need it to. Thank you for replying back! If I could give some feedback, you guys should try making a video about setting up sms notifications. I know you have some that talk about it, but I haven't been able to find anything on your page or TH-cam that goes into full detail on how to set up sms notifications. Given I've only been doing this for about 2 years now so it may just be something very simple that I'm missing, but considering your help support hasn't been able to figure out the issue and I haven't been able to find any help regarding it online is a bit of a bum if I may be honest. It's not often that you can't find an answer to a question you need on google but unfortunately for whatever reason there just isn't much on sms notifications in google. Everything takes me to the same place which basically just tells me to make an account and add money to it, but doesn't go into any detail in regards to how it actually works, where you enter your phone number, how you get your notifications, an example of what that sms text would look like, etc. I think that would be really helpful for someone like me who may have issues receiving texts notifications or knowing how to set that up. All in all thanks for responding, I really appreciate it!

      Hola Jose, me sucedió lo mismo. Debes revisar el idioma que tienes activo por defecto en Wordpress, por ejemplo SPANISH, o SPANISH (MX) o SPANISH(Colombia). La plantilla que creas en META debe tener el mismo idioma que en Wordpress. Ahí si se sincronizan los templates. Si tienes varios idiomas, en esta parte del video lo explican muy bien th-cam.com/video/kdFfZObEtI8/w-d-xo.html
