Yeah there's definitely room for expertise. As I said it's not a set list like other bis since you're just trying to get raid ready here. Clefthoof are good and super easy to get though, those are worth a mention for sure.
Hey man, a few comments from my end: 1) Main Hand --> before crafting mace I am using Demonsblood Eviscerator from SSH, looks great, got expertise, good stats. 2) Off-Hand --> I found out that Claw of the Netherwing Flights (Dagger) is a better version of the Latro's Shifting Sword from BM, because you get hit rating. In addition you get it through quick chain quest in Shadowmoon Valley. 3) Ranged --> I am using Fitz's Throwing Axe, a lot of hit rating + agility. I think it's better than the green gun you mentioned (Mamma insurance). Other than that, I couldn't agree more with your choices. It is shame that in TBC Warriors have to wear so much leather items because of the hit rating stat, dropping their capability of being a little bit more tankier as a plate class. Cheers!

Also its really cool that you take classic items into considerations. Many people who will use these will probably be the players moving from classic to classic TBC, so your average preraid bis list might not be very accurate at those preraid bis lists were made based on private servers, where one doesnt do any classic raids and just straight up goes to level 70, so they assume you have no epics from the level 60 content which isn't going to be the case when classic moves to classic tbc. tl;dr: love your stuff dude, keep up the great work!
Created my warrior ahead of classic launch, and as soon as the game released I smashed that bad boi to level 60, no time for alts. I played my warrior all the way up until I quit the game, tanking from start to finish from dungeon to raids. I intend to do the exact same thing when tbc re-releases, what an expansion! I can't wait!

All your info lines up with what I've been hearing from other experienced TBC warriors. WarriorTSW was talking about how Armorsmith is actually better than weaponsmith for prot warriors and he explained why. I guess the 1h sword you can craft isn't worth as much as people say it is and the chest piece is going to be a huge piece to have. Was watching a video yesterday where this guy was saying that armorsmith is worthless on a warrior. Seems like people are more concerned about pumping out videos and less about the actual information they are putting forth. So thanks for giving us good info.

Usually I'd advise people to just get their pre-BiS bc it shouldn't be too hard to get and things in T4 still have to drop first but damn, this sounds like a lot of work for warriors ^^
sad truth about being warrior is, we dont always get into dungeon group because most people would prefer to have warlock, mage and shaman... You will have more chance to get into a dungeon group if you have tank gears and willing to tank for a while because tank is pretty high demand for dungeon

The plate DPS bracers from Naxx seem to be on par or almost as good as any pre raid bis ones you showed.. seems like a lot of p6 BIS items will still be pretty good
most on P6 BiS is on par besides a few pieces (shoulders, weapons, helm) the big difference you will seem is just the stamina boost, from the TBC Pre-bis. But going into Kara in your level 60 gear will not be an issue whatsoever, you likely won't even need more hit, because of the 3% from talents, and the heroic strike bug still present. But items like band of unnatural force better than anything outside of kara, chances are most people will have kara gear and t4 long before being full pre bis
Ah yeah that one could have fit into the classic items section. There's a lot of items I could have talked about there, but I just didn't want to spend forever on the classic items.

No I can confirm this all exists in TBC. You're either talking about helm of the claw or Wastewalker helm. All the gear you see on that Warrior, is gear I was recommending.

This list is wrong. A correct Warrior DPS guide for TBC would provide details on how to powerlevel a hunter or warlock.

That's the right way to do it. If you wanna play Warrior, then play Warrior.
Arms does good damage and Fury does even better. Plus Arms is going to be a must have for the 4% buff on physical damage.
