Um dos meus maiores sonhos, era poder vê-la junto com o André Rieu. E essa ária que você interpreta, é a que mais me sensibiliza e que literalmente sofro a dor dessa moça. De suas interpretações, a que mais gosto é Habanera de Carmen. Todo seu trabalho me encanta e sempre me emociona.

Also she had a child from him, he came back years later with his “real” american wife to take away “his” son, the geisha let him go with him as the child would live a better life, and she committed harakiri (ritual suicide) as she seemed herself unworthy of him 😢, this shows the undying love, honour and dignity that showed the geisha towards a “man” that wouldn’t even consider her a “real” wife. 😭 it is heart breaking!
