- The Nolans are an all-female band consisting of a group of sisters. The group, best known for their song "I'm In the Mood for Dancing", gained prominence as guest performers on numerous television shows in the United Kingdom. This video is actually from 1983 It was filmed when Anne rejoined the act in November 1982 but shown in March 83.

I miss these times, when woman were so feminine and still had their individual looks, even all make-up for the stage. Nowadays, so many females all look the same as following trends of lip fillers, big false eyelashes etc😮. The 70's and here, the 80s, were just the best for feminity. Im not an old fuddy duddy, my prime was in the 80s lol😊x

+ fronteirs1985 Sorry this has taken so long but I've only just found your comment. The info on this song is that it was written by R. Bailey & R. Patterson, recorded by a group called Delegation and produced by Ken Gold. It comes from 1982. It can be heard on Delegation's Greatest Hits album. Hope this helps.
