Ingredients (Serves 3-4):
- 1 Onion
- 2 Garlic Cloves
- Oil (to fry)
- 2 Carrots
- 500g Stewing Beef
- 1 tbsp Plain Flour
- 1 tbsp Parprika
- 1 Tin Chopped Tomatoes
- 1 Beef Stock Cube
- Fresh Parsley

Wow love the Tefal Cuisine Companion, nothing sticks I hope, and saves on washing up. Very nice Beef Stew nice a rich looking. Are they expensive?

Sorry to hear you're not a fan. The Cuisine Companion videos
do indeed include product placement. It
went on sale in the UK this September so I wanted to do a series of recipes
using the machine for people who'd be buying one this Autumn. It looks like they may not be available in
the US yet.
There are two more recipes using the Cuisine Companion
coming up over the next month then I'll be uploading lots of Christmas goodies
for my subscribers.

Warren Nash I love the videos and I just bought a cuisine companion and it's being delivered on Monday. I hope it's as good as it looks. anymore cuisine companion videos to come?
