Way to lighten up my mood Chris as this is one of those videos I actually get to watch on a day off and not just play the audio while going in and out of work. Feels great 👍
I also just got in Deep Shelf and I am loving it. A bit of a harder learn for me with the small nuances but I'm psyched to get another game from Ninth Haven
I'm most interested in Emberleaf and Railroad Tiles this week. My main problems are a) Each would cost me ~$115 when I'm used to spending a max of $70, b) I normally limit myself to 1 backing 1 game per month & I've already backed the Lands of Galzyr expansion, and c) I expect more good (for me) games to launch next week... I'm also interested in Isla and it's a lot cheaper, but I would need to spend quite a bit of time to figure out whether it's a game for me. I agree that Aspen looks great but it's not for me.
I wish Railroad Tiles Collector's had a nicer looking box tho. The expansion box art is so nice. That was my issue with Heroes big box in black. And why I backed individual boxes instead of the big box. But in Railroad Tiles it's more expensive to add on all the expansions unfortunately. Because I would rather take the base game on card trips, not expansions.
I jumped in on Dark Tomb and added the two prior games to the pledge. Gotta love those pocket/ portable games for accessibility and also their creativity
Since I absolutely love Runebound/Talisman-like games I supported Euthia lately. Now I pre-purchased Heroes 3 as well but I am not so sure now. It is really similar to the Euthia, for sure but that aspect of city building and battlefield fights might be this selling point. Euthia vs Heroes seems to be like Skyrim vs Strategy game. Dang, next year may be wild...Euthia, Dead Keep and Heroes (maybe).
It's just hard for me to justify a deluxe cost of $150ish for Emberleaf when you can get something as grand as Nemesis or Twilight Imperium: Fourth Edition for that price. Emberleaf didn't seem like it contains enough depth to have staying power on my table.

It’s a good time to save my money and play the games I have.
Railroad tiles' shipping rate killed it for me.

Emberleaf definitely looks great but it is a bit expensive IMO. I added it to my wishlist but it's not something I need to get my hands on right away.
Ay! I did the How to Play vid for Sugarpow. Fun to see you cover it!
The How To Play video rocks!
@@ianjameswatson thanks so much, man! 🙏🏻

THX MAN
In the first place!
People must love heroes of night and magic. I sold the original and made a killing on it.
Thanks for the shoutout on Trash Dash! Much appreciated 🦝🏁
Aperture and iso are life savers
Do you mean to say 'A la carte' everytime you say 'A la mode' :D
Good job!
You look a lot more handsome now!
To me buying for earth/trees/pretty is the same as buying because "mini's".
