I so much enjoyed the hearing of all sorts of sounds: people, airplanes, birds, wind blow and so on. It gave such a lively and real and as being there already feeling.. Pity you chose to cut off the sound; I feel like in those black and white Charlie Chaplin old movies where no sound available and had to wait for the message to pump on the screen so we could understand the meaning of the movie. Unfortunately neither I want nor I can (like) do that anymore, no matter how much I enjoy a channel ´s content and its owner. P.S. Much love and appreciation to you and your brother, as well! I actually enjoy both of you a lot but I am crazy about videos where the real sound or at least a voice is present. It makes a video so much present... 😊

A lovely & interesting video of your trip to DA gardens. I think last year they had ' the poet's wife' rose dotted around the gardens like ' bring me sunshine ' this year. Yes, most rose growers / suppliers, plant roses in groups of 4/5 plants to make statement of colour and fragrance. Thanks for sharing such a beautiful video of lovely roses.
Hi Lin, thank you for the video lovely to see you and Ken having a great time at DA and the weather was fab for you. I'll be interested to see what your thoughts are on Emma. I received mine last week it is in bud but no open flower yet to do a sniff test so will have to wait a little while for that, she arrived looking full and healthy so time will tell how she gets on in my garden. You almost talked me into a yellow rose with Bring Me Sunshine ! It does look impressive, take care.

Thanks JJ. We had a great day out. We lingered in the gardens too long and missed lunch time which I was disappointed with. The gardener cut off the bloom as it was a little distorted but I wished he hadn’t as I would like to show you guys anyway.

I really loved the Penelope Lively last year and have been watching in interest it's slow progression in your garden. Did your brother buy the new Emma? He said he wasn't overly impressed with it in a video, but I bet he still bought one. Thank you for the pleasant video.
There are many Elizabeth planted all over. It seems a very good doer. Ken didn’t buy Emma Bridgewater. He didn’t love it enough to give up his precious space. I couldn’t leave empty handed. It was more of a souvenir purchase.
So the secret is to plant 5 roses in each pot? And of course have a few acres of land. No wonder I can't get my garden to look like that! So you succumbed and bought Emma - did your brother manage to resist? I hope you two weren't arguing as you walked around! Looking at your video I was quite tempted by Bring Me Sunshine - what did you think of it? Now is of course a great time to visit DA's gardens as things are bursting into life, and as you say you were lucky with the weather.
Hi Nik. Yes, 5 plants in the pot . I thought it was only 3. I can highly recommend Bring me sunshine. My brother didn’t buy Emma Bridgewater. He is limited on space. We disagreed at times…he claimed his roses looked better!!!😆
