Program Sentry EN300 220 external gate motor receiver

Add remotes to the external receiver.
It is important to do all the remotes at the same time.
It is possible just to add extra remotes to the list in the receiver using the exact same method here (obviously without the first "clearing" step), but sometimes it will "drop" one of the remotes that was preciously programmed in.
So it is best to have all the remotes that is going to work on that gate at the same time and do them one after the other.
