It happens all in the same world. Revenants were created as a new kind of soldier to fight the Aragami, undying troops rising over and over to fight the "horrors" But the project failed due to The Queen frenzy and overwhelming apparition of The Lost.
TheDeadManZone12349 your prob right but I think if it as insurance plus health regent is health revenue and it’s the only good thing about her blood code
I managed to beat these two on my first go, by focusing on the fast moving blade bearer first. The Mido fight after that though, can seriously go fuck itself.
Not quite, someone in an earlier comment thread mentioned how a Vajra didn't evolve until way later. So this game possibly takes place during the events of God Eater. It's a cool thought to me honestly, thinking that during the events of God Eater, an awesome battle was being fought against corrupted revenants known as the Lost within a city being protected by a mysterious red mist, thus preventing further destruction from being carried out by the Aragami. In this case, we see a Dyaus Pita
Did this fight in under 5 tries and believe me, it pissed me off, the difficulty spike compared to previous bosses and even the area itself was archaic. but here was my formula. Have Yakumo as your partner and keep him alive, equip the Prometheus blood code to have high enough health and just enough ichor to cast abilities, or Atlas or Warrior and use drain attacks on the generic enemies although you risk wasting regeneration and healing. Have blood weapon if you need an attack buff, but don't bother with fire/ice weapon you'll be switching out in the fight too much and while they both stack unless you're ussing a passive to increase the rate your ichor recovers the drain is too much and defense is needed with how much you'll get attacked off screen. Get fire armour and ice armour maxed out and equipped onto your blood code, activate them both before the fight (they stack) and keep an eye on them until they run out and refresh when you are able. In terms of equipment, have the fire claw with a Fire Chrome attached for extra fire damage as well as defense from cannoners distant shots, mainly because you need to prioritise getting blade bearer off the field asap and her attacks are quick and spread out and you need to meet them in kind. Unfortunately during the fight, Cannoneer and Blade Bearer have a nasty habit of switching their targets on the fly which complicates things more than they should, rather than backstab blade bearer who's not focusing on you, switch out to fight the cannoneer, thankfully he's less versatile and bigger target as well as much slower with his attacks so go ham with a greatsword if you like that type of thing and possibly have an Ice Chrome equipped just for the extra damage until targeting switches again and you focus on Blade Bearer.
Did anyone could defeat them alone? I was doing a solo run but I had to use a companion in this one, literally I couldn't even move without getting 1 shot
There is a vid of someone soloing it in ng+6 at level one. The vid actually shows him soloing all the bosses but this fight is obviously most impressive.
It's really just that it's not possible to do enough damage to single them out like in dark souls. Pretty much have to split them up and hope you don't get backstabbed.
@@iBloodxHunter i just beat them after maybe 12 plus deaths . Oh man so okay i switched weapons, blood codes and abilities alot and still was getting my ass beat. Doing this fight while slow rolling is impossible. I could use some tweaking to my build but when I'm attack BB then Canoneer does that stupidly strong aoe nuke I don't even have time to dodge. Shame my only +10 weapon is my great sword putting me over my weight limit. Easily harder than Oroughstein and Smough and I fought that solo.
@@ElisOdin cant really argue with you since i havent played the game, but based on the video, this boss looks like would it would piss me off, i would probably break 3 controllers or more.
Not the most elegant display (you face tanked them a lot XD) but I guess it is a valid strategy, I remember that it took me several tries to kill them becasue while my built did a shit ton of damage, I was not that resiliant to damage so each time both of them got me they got me good, so I had to learn the timing of the bosses specially from the female boss, also I wasn't as good to handle my npc companion and they always kill it in no time, so I was forced to face them alone the mayotiry of time.
Yup. Of course a Soulsborne needs an Ornsetin and Smough. And in true gank bang tradition, it's one of the tougher bosses. True, some group bosses are more like Prowling Magus and Congregation, as in they're all weaker to compensate, but with this one, you'll wanna at least try to pay attention. With ice skating Lady Maria being more up close and swift, I personally find it more ideal to try keping her at a range while cutting up thicc flamethrowing Mega Man and stopping his overwhelming ranged blasts.
This fight kinda sucked. It was unnecessarily difficult with how easy it is to get stunned into oblivion. Rewarding once you get past it but it still blows.
Yes, Code Vein and God Eater are connected. The Revenant was a new type of troop with the purpose to fight the Aragami, since regular humans couldn't do anything to them. But the project was discarded when The Queen got frenzy.

Revenants were created as a new kind of soldier to fight the Aragami, undying troops rising over and over to fight the "horrors"
But the project failed due to The Queen frenzy and overwhelming apparition of The Lost.
Still trying to figure out how this guy is regenerating so much health from 1 heal when he’s low on health. 🤔
TheDeadManZone12349 also there is a blood code that when the bar is filled will regenerate health
TheDeadManZone12349 your prob right but I think if it as insurance plus health regent is health revenue and it’s the only good thing about her blood code
don't forget IO's buff will let u heal more than u probably can
I BEAT THEM. I finally beat them 😭😭😭😭😭
0_0 D-Dayus pita?! this game takes place in the god eater universe?!
Revenant is a super god eater
@@blakkoo4787 Wrong.
Revenant is a soldier created to face the first, weak as fuck Aragamis.
Wait why is pita here ? 😱😱😱
@@Exteliongamer Code Vein is a side-story that happens in the God Eater world.
Pamafa 3 oh is that the dlc that costed 4 dollars ?
Anyone feels this fight like Father Ariandel and Sister Freide?
Anyone know the song that plays during this fight? Can't find it anywhere
"Tears of Passion (Unexpected Feelings)" I think?
@@kurophoenix1323 sorry I didn't say it sooner but thank you
Ornsteinette.
That's all I have to say.
I'm very surprised how late you fight Blade Bearer considering we did fight her at network test/demo
I managed to beat these two on my first go, by focusing on the fast moving blade bearer first. The Mido fight after that though, can seriously go fuck itself.
So Code vein is realy the pre Story of God eater hm?
Not quite, someone in an earlier comment thread mentioned how a Vajra didn't evolve until way later. So this game possibly takes place during the events of God Eater. It's a cool thought to me honestly, thinking that during the events of God Eater, an awesome battle was being fought against corrupted revenants known as the Lost within a city being protected by a mysterious red mist, thus preventing further destruction from being carried out by the Aragami. In this case, we see a Dyaus Pita
Busty ornstein. Yes.
At the end its the dark Arigami from the god eater anime.
This was aboutlute hell for because of the ice lady kepting targeting me after i healed so many times
Taste My Broth thats the power of autism
Throne watcher and throne defender
DukeOfBurlap except more difficult then they ever were
Where can i find just sound track for this boss
Tears of passion unexpected feelings
This makes ornstein and smough a laughable joke
Mohammed Ahmed i’m playing it rn and i beat ornstein and smough first try. I can easily say that these 2 are much harder than ornstein and smough
Mixed with some of my gifts i finally found queen slayer was working best for me because the final journey move. Long as your also leveled up and have some good leveled gear, your good.
The fact that there's not a second of breathing room makes it difficult
Actually beat them both on first try. Luck was the ONLY reason though...
If this fight were really an Ornstein and Smough knockoff, Cannoneer would have got a pair of gigamilkers when you killed Bladebearer
"When the ashes were two... a flame alighteth."
It's like they didn't even try to make it less obvious.
Jokes on yall i didnt have a second phase. Just killed em both and went on thinking it coulda been harder.
Then the depths fight happened.
anyone know the name of this ost playing in the back ground ?
Just in case you never found out, it's "tears of passion unexpected feelings"
I fucking love this game.
Having io as a partner was a mistake. She got 1 shot in 5 seconds LOL
I really wish there is more Blade bearer fanart.
Fanart community slept through this game really hard.
Except for IO, everyone wanted to draw her.
I've only ever seen one drawing of Coco. ONE!
Smough and ornstein but in anime
I just want this bosses theme but theres no video on just their theme reeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
I need help the girl has no chill and ganks me
Whoever designed this boss fight needs fired.
ornstein and smough?
You beat me to it. I was going to say the samething. lol
--With obligatory tits, of course.
Sister Friede and Father Ariandel?
Rule 63 Ornstein
@@takerutenkuuji6474 I guess very few people have the DLC because this fight is so much more like that one
This was hell for me
Can we have ornstein and smough
Mom: we have ornstein and smough at home
Ornstein and smough at home:
Cannoner and Blade are better.
@@ElisOdin cant really argue with you since i havent played the game, but based on the video, this boss looks like would it would piss me off, i would probably break 3 controllers or more.
@@ElisOdin better at what ? Difficult ? AI ? yeah but what about everything else ?
@@fakerolnando Obviously I'm talking about the difficulty.
Ornstein and smough,but harder
Fighting them with a co op partner is fun
Finally ..... maybe 100 tries
I got the blade bearer down and I used all up my health😢 and I have the cannot at 4th of his health bar and that mf got me
Before entering the boss fight proper, mute the music and set this to play instead:
th-cam.com/video/oX51T-EipOo/w-d-xo.html
12:29 ah yes god eater code vein and god eater are In the same universe yay (I actually men it)
We got Pikachu and Snorlax in Dank Souls. Now we have Magmortar and Froslass.
Can someone help me with this boss on Xbox please
Come on and Slam
And welcome to the BLAM
the hardest boss and best one ..... but why they have health more than all next bosses??
These 2 bosses need a nerf or something cuz this makes no absolute sense
d6rk hell no
Absolutely insane fight, but is the easily the best in the game.
This fight kinda sucked. It was unnecessarily difficult with how easy it is to get stunned into oblivion. Rewarding once you get past it but it still blows.
erm....is that monster from G.E?
Yes, Code Vein and God Eater are connected.
The Revenant was a new type of troop with the purpose to fight the Aragami, since regular humans couldn't do anything to them.
But the project was discarded when The Queen got frenzy.
