When I was homeless, I lived in my car. On cold nights, the rain is pleasant. I don't know how many times I heard the sound of rain patting on the car. Didn't realize I would miss it. Now I listen in my bed, with my wife. Helps to sleep well, reminds me of the hard times, makes you value the good times. Lots of love to anyone who had to listen to this noise.

при плохой погоде ливень, ураган, и этот шалашик сложится как карточный домик. парень молодец старантся чтото делает. на перввй случай млжно укрыться от нерогоды.
Так онои есть - домик Ниф-Нифа. )) Первый же медведь раскатает его без следа. Да и волки наверно доберутся, если захотят. У нас в Сибири строят нормальные прочные избы в одиночку, в которых можно и зимовать во время охоты и никто не страшен. А это так, для заработка на просмотрах.

I wasn't impressed when he left the puppies alone with lighted candles. that could have been bad if they had knocked one over. Make a candle holder and fix it to the wall then light the candle. Much safer.

Podziwiam takiego survivalowca. Zaczął na wiosnę zakończył na zimę. To jest survival.Z fabryki dzienną produkcję drutu do wiązania i gwoździ słomę od farmera z 0,5ha pola i ponad pół roku pracy i chata stoi.Nie o to w tym wszystkim chodzi.W dziczy jak się znajdziesz nie kupisz tony drutu i gwoździ, słomę od farmera i pół roku na zbudowanie. Takie coś to na działce za domem w krzakach i jak się nie ma co robić i grzejesz nudę.pozdrowionka
Those were NOT the same clay vessels you put into the fire. Those were thrown on a potters wheel. You can tell because the ones you put into the fire had finger marks in the clay. But the ones you showed as the finished pottery had the tell tale rings around it that only comes from being thrown on a potter's wheel, and NONE of the finger marks at all. FYI, finger marks DON'T fire out like that. And that fire was no where NEAR hot enough to fire pottery, ESPECIALLY since you didn't actually have them down in the fire, but sitting on a wooden shelf off to the side. You CAN fire pottery with a fire, but not like THAT. My guess is that you smeared the already fired pots with clay and put them in that smokehouse to make it LOOK like you were firing them. Then just rinsed the clay off and presented them as hand made pottery. Next time you want to pass off a turned piece of pottery as handmade WITHOUT a wheel, DON'T pick one with turning lines on it. And use a proper kiln or fire pit, not a smokehouse.

Most videos like this are meant to be how-to's, showing people how to use these skills for themselves in an emergency grid-down situation. All anyone depending on THIS guy's instructions on pottery making will accomplish is a lot of wasted time and materials, with a bitter disappointment at the end. Yeah I'm a nerd, and even probably a bit of a know-it-all. I'm ALSO OCD with an extreme aversion to misinformation. Sorry if I spoiled the "magic"; especially since magic is exactly what it would TAKE to make pottery following HIS instructions.

В этой хижине зимой жить будет нельзя. Будет промерзать насквозь, и такой печкой нагреть её будет невозможно.

Труда вложено много, молодец, но почему-то когда смотрел на конструктив дома, вспомнилась сказка про трёх поросят. Если бы это количество труда вложить в постройку дома понадёжней, результат был бы заразителен для многих, тем более что ресурсов вокруг места действия хватает.
при плохой погоде ливень, ураган, и этот шалашик сложится как карточный домик. парень молодец старантся чтото делает. на перввй случай млжно укрыться от нерогоды.
Да я тоже сомневалась, что стоит ли строить такое шаткое укрытие..
Так онои есть - домик Ниф-Нифа. )) Первый же медведь раскатает его без следа. Да и волки наверно доберутся, если захотят. У нас в Сибири строят нормальные прочные избы в одиночку, в которых можно и зимовать во время охоты и никто не страшен.
А это так, для заработка на просмотрах.

I wasn't impressed when he left the puppies alone with lighted candles. that could have been bad if they had knocked one over. Make a candle holder and fix it to the wall then light the candle. Much safer.

Those were NOT the same clay vessels you put into the fire. Those were thrown on a potters wheel. You can tell because the ones you put into the fire had finger marks in the clay. But the ones you showed as the finished pottery had the tell tale rings around it that only comes from being thrown on a potter's wheel, and NONE of the finger marks at all.
FYI, finger marks DON'T fire out like that. And that fire was no where NEAR hot enough to fire pottery, ESPECIALLY since you didn't actually have them down in the fire, but sitting on a wooden shelf off to the side. You CAN fire pottery with a fire, but not like THAT.
My guess is that you smeared the already fired pots with clay and put them in that smokehouse to make it LOOK like you were firing them. Then just rinsed the clay off and presented them as hand made pottery. Next time you want to pass off a turned piece of pottery as handmade WITHOUT a wheel, DON'T pick one with turning lines on it. And use a proper kiln or fire pit, not a smokehouse.

Most videos like this are meant to be how-to's, showing people how to use these skills for themselves in an emergency grid-down situation. All anyone depending on THIS guy's instructions on pottery making will accomplish is a lot of wasted time and materials, with a bitter disappointment at the end.
Yeah I'm a nerd, and even probably a bit of a know-it-all. I'm ALSO OCD with an extreme aversion to misinformation. Sorry if I spoiled the "magic"; especially since magic is exactly what it would TAKE to make pottery following HIS instructions.
