SO SORRY ABOUT ALL THE TALKING!!! I realize its not as pleasant to watch since this is such a classic and very poetic piece! I will be doing whole lotta love next! I will do better this time with this song! Also let me know if you guys are interested in me showing my friend in the video the cover to this song by heart since he loved this song so much!!! Yeah, I had to stop listening because you were talking over all the music so not sure just how much of the song either of you really heard, and I know I wasn't enjoying it, so thanks for posting this comment. I don't care for covers of Led Zep because they don't come close to being as good as the bad itself. I suggest listening to this video again sans all the talk instead. ;)

    Best band ever!
The keyboard player is playing keys with his hands and bass pedals with his feet!!
Everything from this gig msg73 is just sublime. Highlights include black dog. Whole lotta love, stairway. No quarter, and THE MIGHTY 29 minute version of dazed and confused.
Ps this is far from Roberts Peak voice, he had a lot more power and range from 69 to 72 but he still sounds great

Guitar player's name is jimmy page. He was also the founder of the band and produced all their albums.
This is one of the greatest bands of all time they did so many things musically for the first time. All of them are amazing at their instruments and the drummer is considered the greatest of all time same with jimmy page he is considered one of the greatest guitar players of all time
Check out since i've been loving you, rock and roll, whole lotta love from this same concert

Led Zeppelin basically set the standard that few if any could match. Four master musicians each at the top of their game, so much so that when drummer John Bonham sadly died in 1980, the band immediately broke up as it was impossible to replace the irreplaceable.

All of them exuded charisma, stage presence, confidence, swagger - whatever you want to call it. I've always likened Robert's singing in this as almost spoken word poetry. This clip is from their concert movie called The Song Remains The Same, which is also the name of one of their songs. Well done for not talking through the solo. I hope you guys react to more Led Zeppelin but keep in mind, there isn't video for all their music because this was the 70s and bands didn't do all that at that time so you might have to do audio only.

    The band band members include:
    Jimmy Page - Guitar
    Robert Plant - Singer
    John Paul Jones - Bass
    John Bonham - Drums
This concert actually took place in 1973. The studio recording of Stairway To Heaven was released on Led Zeppelin’s fourth album in 1971.
I would recommend reacting to *Jeff Buckley - Grace (BBC Late Show).*
Jimmy Page and Robert Plant are massive Jeff Buckley fans. Page said that Jeff was “the greatest singer to appear in two decades” (between the ‘70s and ‘90s). Plant said that Jeff was a “much greater singer” than him. Brad Pitt also said this about Jeff: “He’s Page and Plant in one, on a technical level; it’s mind-blowing.”

The most musically gifted of the band was, unexpectedly, bassist John Paul Jones - who arranged huge American hits for British hits in the 1960s - but the obvious genius of the band is guitarist/producer Jimmy Page. It's worth noting that after five years the band was yet to peak. By the summer of 1975 they had 6 albums in the Billboard top 20 - including the No.1....

I saw this show at the Los Angeles Great Western Forum this same year. When I walked into the theater, because I was sitting 7 rows on center stage, there were signs all over that said you had to stay sitting down because they were going to be recording the show.. so that's why they're all sitting down in New York also.. this was my first Rock and Roll concert ever! and far from being my last... I saw them again I think it was 1977..

Jimmy Page on the (double) guitar, John Paul Jones on keyboard and bass, John Bonham on drums, Robert Plant on vocals. Individually, some of the greatest in the industry. As a group, an incredible force. They integrated jazz, blues, folk, far eastern, whatever genre into their compositions, which is what made them both unique and real ground-breakers in rock music. While watching them perform is fantastic, If you really get into their music, I suggest that you also listen to the studio versions of their songs beginning with the very first album. By doing so, you'll see just how versatile they really were, unlike most of the groups that came after them.

What a lot of peeps don't know is that a fair percentage of the concert footage was re shot on an English sound stage several months later. Apparently the band was so disappointed with the MSG film and and sound they fired the director, hired another and mimed their performances.

Everybody was sitting down on the floor seating because they were recording the movie. I remember seeing the signs as I was walking into the theater. It really sucked because it was a beautiful girl in front of me that kept wanting to get up and dance and I wanted to watch her dance but they made her sit down. But at the end of whole Lotta love everybody got up and danced in rush the stage and it was a great show. I was sitting in the seventh row center stage best seats ever my first concert ever I was 18 that’s why everybody sitting down I don’t know what was going on up in the stands I never looked up there I was too high watching the greatest band ever

Just an FYI, Jimmy Page wanted a song that builds and unfolds more and more as the song progressed. He did the biggest no no in music. He increased the tempo as the song moves through its passage to the finale. AND IT WORKED! That's one reason why it's the greatest rock track ever created.

This track is their most iconic i guess but they do so much more, this track is 50 years old, older than i am and i have played this track on geetar at least 500 times. Your still the only person to never hear this song. You missed half of it talking. lol Now to make up for that do Led Zeppelin "Kashmir" Live from Celebration Day Concert. Then for the best guitar solo you will ever hear live do PINK FLOYD "Comfortably Numb" Live from PULSE Concert Remember, don't talk over the songs.
