You can also try some shorter shackles. If you use 2 inch shorter shackles you could lose an inch of lift. It may also fix the driveline angle. The u joint flanges should be parallel and that should fix the vibration.
Man you're such an inspiration for me. I just love the vibe and the sometimes messy videos because thats just how it is when you're working on your own car. I'm planning on doing similar style videos with my Prelude once I'm done with highschool this year. :)
I have the same truck but haven’t gone to Chevy 63s yet. I have a heavy OME leaf pack and I removed the overload leaf. I’d say take the overload spring out and see how you like it. I’d do that before you play with the driveline because the extra leaf being removed will have an effect on the driveline vibe. Previously I didn’t have any vibes but after removing the overload leaf I do have a vibe. Maybe the overload removal will help yours.
Might need some 3 (?) or more degree shims aft, it’s been raised substantially.. Maybe a center support bearing drop as well. Truck looks nice, very shiny..
I would agree it the better option to have. I think for wheeling it will help keep the front planted. I may just leave it and wait until I add more weight with camping gear naturally
@@Samuel-pu8qs They sagged for sure. No way I still get the 3-4 inches of lift, let alone with 600lbs as advertised. I only have a canopy on it and its sagging hard. I wouldn't buy them again. I beleive they advertise a 4 inch lift with 600lbs of weight.
@@Samuel-pu8qs I noticed the sag within a year. PM or something and i can send some pics. I've also had several camper setups on the truck, but the leafs should still not sag that much.
I bought them from a guy on FB marketplace. He didn't even remember what they were. Next time I take them off, ill check for a stamp because I also want to find an offset stamp.

Clutch comment right here! Thank you!

Awesome man! Stoked to hear your jumping into a lude. Happy wrenching and good luck with the videos!

I like the look of the rake. You should post a short of the flex that your suspension has with them now
As soon as I install the extended brake line haha. I’d be happy to!

Putting center support drop on today. I’ll have to measure the rear axle to see what degree shims to order
Can you get the driveshaft balanced?
I could but I don’t know that would totally solve the problem. A single piece driveshaft would sure do the trick haha
Ive always liked a little rake.
Most trucks come from the factory with a bit of rake so I'm not too opposed either!
I kind of like the rake, I would leave it. I have the opposite problem where my front sits higher than the back due to my AllPro Expo's sagging

Have you had bad experience with the all pros? I purchased the all pro expos and am now having some regret as I’ve seen they aren’t the best quality

@@jeev49 dang really that sucks to hear how long have you had them? I literally just finished installing mine a week ago

Thanks g!
You have a link to the wheels on your rig?

Awesome 😊

Yup… a center carrier bearing drop…
Thanks for the input! I'll give it a whirl!
