So few people getting training in how to be a manage and few new leaders get developed once they get promoted. Great stuff Makeda.

Hello there Philip! Welcome to my neck of the woods! I'm so happy to have you :) Listen, if it's one thing I need in my life it's colour ;) So I'm glad that you are enjoying the aesthetics too! Again, great to have you in the community!

@@makeda.andrews that's a hard group to manage! Customer care comes with so many emotions. I just love the way you talk about identifying the risks if you don't improve! Thanks again for sharing such great advice 😊

@@WonderfulWizardofHR It is such a difficult department because it comes with various layers of emotions - the team, the client and internal stakeholders. It can get really messy ahahah. YES! I am a huge fan of risk analysis so I have always included it in my own plans. Thank you so much for watching. I appreciate it!

Well, I'm a bit bias lol but I'm going to recommend my program for new leaders, The New Manager Accelerator! It is by far the best program out here for new managers in developing leadership skills. You should check out the details here: www.makedaandrews.com/new-manager-accelerator-apply/
