yeah aggresive throttle setting + low speed corner exit probably not a good combination. You have basically no downforce at those speeds, so with the throttle being that aggressive, you're just going to end up spinning the rear wheels because you don't have the traction to put down that much power. Probably need to go with a much less aggressive throttle, and adjust your corner exit differential for those slow speed corners. It is crazy that drivers are able to adjust all that stuff during the lap, sometimes adjusting settings per corner. There's a video of Alonso doing exactly that at Bahrain in Qualifying. When you realize the sheer amount of things that they can actually tweak and optimize to produce the lap times they do IRL, you realize why they have a whole team of people both at the track and back at the factory working to figure all of this stuff out. That FSR wheel is a thing of beauty, Fancy hooking up an r9 owner jimmer?
5:10 he thought he could use the garage soundtrack from motorstorm Apocalypse without anyone noticing?
ive probably spent 300 hours reading the manuals for the harrier jump jet (because dcs world and autism lmao) so im gonna love this shit.
Wait, that extended controls and physics stuff are from another existing mod right?
Cuz there was a mod on RD did that to modern RSS F1
Correct, I made both of those and have integrated them into this car with the VRC team.
1:10 I think you would love DCS then
Crazy this free mod is more in depth than F1 23
It's not free
MOZA is absolutely wrecking everyone for the money!
One feature from Netcar Pro that I always wished Kunos had brought over to AC was the ability to use the mouse to operate the in-car controls.
You can do that on some cars, but i have only seen it done with the android auto screen thingy.
I had to take a breather after this... wowww soo much information 😮
Imagine if F1 Esport used cars like this.
its like the flybywire for msfs, love this stuff
Spa is the only race track I can drive around infinity and not get bored...actually I lied but it's one of the best for sure.
There are a lot more aircraft guys in the comments than I expected
That impression was definitely Jeremy Clarkson doing adenoidal voice impression on TopGear.
I wouldn't be surprised if this is what the F1 ferrari drivers go through each weekend with how their crew is
LOOOL
Im just some german lad that read "needing a manual" as "needing a shift stick" and was totally confused how tf this is going to work
Some proper 1983 simulation would be nice tho
Ah, I see the DCS guys have gotten into cars now.
We are everywhere lol
Man that f1 wheel is awesome i need one for my Moza rig but when i do get one itll probably be the KS $650 is allot off money for me to spend on a wheel
If it makes you feel better Jimmy , Lando Norris is the sort of chap who I'd imagine struggling with an instruction manual 😂 , heaven help him without Will
Wasn't Lando who retired in Spa due to the Anti-stall a few years ago?
@@Norza47yes it was bwoken
iRacing has had this level of complexity for years
Exactly, this is one of the reasons I wanted to get Assetto to this level of detail as well :)
0:40 Jeremy Clarkson adenoids impression 💀
Love the jet set radio music
This is the car I’ve been dreaming of for years
Question for Jimmer. Do you run such a small monitor for a specific reason? Im sure ultrawide or triples wouldnt be a financial issue for you. So is there a specific reason or advantage to having a small monitor?
recording for youtube. if he does triples or even 21:9 and crops it to 16:9 not only is that potentially a bit finicky (although not a huge effort really) it can go wrong or even if it doesn't at least playing on the same 16:9 we viewers see means what he sees, we see.
He has mentioned in the past the sheer size of a rig such as that is a bit off an put-off for him. Not sure if it's his only reason though.
@@RWoody1995 makes sense!
so you're saying we can kick this baby into MAXIMUM OVERDRIVE
Hello friends! If you don't mind, I am just sitting here reading some of your comments.
Like Inspector Gadget trying to learn the manual to himself
It took me about 2/3 of the video to realise the sponsor on the inside of the halo 😂
Pretty sick for a game 👌
And people think that F1 drivers have it easy HA LOL that's exactly what they go through and more. But I wanted to congratulate VRC cause they went somewhere that me personally I wanted to see and however they had access to the secrets they succeeded.
Where did you find the instruction? I bought the mod today but I can't find the manuel...
It comes inside the zip file you download for the car.
@@Schmawlik Thank you! I just installed it directly in the content manager😅
Racing driver, sim racing and a impressionist the list is endless 😂😂😉
Every car needs a "veloci-rapture" adjustment. 🤣
would love to see how max does it with this car. Would be amazing to see!
Hats off to Jimbo driving a f1 car in pjmas
