If you live in Hyton you pay your council tax to Knowsley Metropolitan Borough Council ... or to make it even more simple to you ... do you have the same colour bins as Liverpool City Council ... On the Prescot Road rout into Liverpool, you can see on the left The Liverpool sign welcoming you into the City Boundary ... its the same going the other way saying Huyton.
