I know some players don’t like to have hands, means a player should not hit the coin directly if its on or below the striker line. Iy looks annoying if we have a rule out of the book.
After more than 15 years we friends playing carrom board in this Loakdown... To know the Rules, i was watching this... Really the players are playing well.
Funny how there are no Patels in any of these videos. EVERY Indian in my town is last name Patel and either owns a small, hotel or convenience store. Stereotypes are there for a reason.

This was because they were playing black and white game and couldn't pocket all coin you should know one of them is world's best player
Why did they played more than 8 Boards in the Set?
The is no board limit for the final i guess...
