Very nice clean open plan architecture, elegant color scheme of white, soft tone wood and black accents. Simple but very effective recipe, Toll brothers should take note. And you should definitely have brought a swim suit :) I wonder if there is a wardrobe issue with the design or if people don't have coats or take shoes off in LA. Might have been good with a small niche by the front door.
I was ready to spend the 7.4 but it doesn't have concealed door hinges which is a deal breaker for me :) I kid but really, at 7.4 there is no excuse for not having that. It's a classy element that costs virtually nothing at this level.
The wood, black and white accents throughout the home give the home a very tranquil and clean feeling! Glad you enjoyed the tour 🎥
