thanks so much for this tutorial! fox: 2 summers ago while walking with my dog she darted into the woods; i knelt down on one knee to call her back and waited as she crashed up the bank BUT it was a fox she was chasing and chased it right into my arms! there was a lot of howling and back stepping as that poor fox was astounded for sure. over in only a moment--**i have tried to paint that amazing and beautiful creature with zero success--and now i can try again. thank you so so much!!

If you find that you have painted over white areas by mistake, and can't easily lift the colour out because of high staining (which I'm finding with phthalo blue, hope this won't be the case when my Winsor Blue paint arrives in the post!), do you ever use white gouache just to restore any important whites?
