+ElfenDamaLied28 and yet still manage to be one of the best game in last generation, and was critically acclaim and will no doubt become a classic, unlike Ubisoft, ND manage to give us the a game that's close to their E3 demo.
Its amazing because the enemy heard the gun clicks and knew the gun had no ammo and Ellie took the chance to save your bacon. That type if dynamic had never been seen in a game before and is extremely rare.
Rafael Muniz They didn't remove it. It's still in the game. I've run out of ammo several times and Ellie consistently chucks bricks at enemies to save me.
Even after completing the game multiple times, this demo still leaves my hands shaking as much as the final the product did. The Last of Us is hands down the perfect game 10/10
LOL MCLOL yeah I've done that, great affects, great game, great everything. But you don't get that little moment where you get into combat with bare hands and scuffle over the gun, that would be cool but it doesn't really matter.
One of the best crowd reactions i ever heard. What that must of felt like to Naughty Dog to hear that and know that all the hard work to that point paid off and know that they had something special. Masterpiece of a game.
That rare occasion where the actual game is better than the gameplay demo, at least in my opinion. Everything in this trailer was in the game, except those cinematic camera angles and disarming, and the final game was much more polished. Shows how reliable Naughty Dog is and how amazing they are at making games, can't wait for Uncharted 4!
Rick Quinton On survivor difficulty they were this smart, if not then almost as smart. I've had enemies choking me after waiting behind corners to ambush me, some ran off only to regroup and ambush me later, stuff like that. This gameplay demo was not meant to show how combat will be all the time, but to show how combat can be, these combat events were scripted to show what can happen in combat, and things like this demo happened to me many times in the game. One time I snuck behind a guy, grabbed him and shot two guys in front of him with my pistol, and pistol whipped the guy I was holding. Some enemies further back heard this and got in cover. I was kind of far away but I heard them talking to each other. Two attacked me head on while one was sneaking around my flank and tried to get me from the side. I took out the two guys in the front, the guy on my side noticed and he ran away and I lost him. After about a minute I was sneaking around and walked past a doorway, and behind that doorway that one remaining guy was waiting, he grabbed me and put me into a choke-hold. Ellie then stabbed him in the back and ended I up slamming his face into a wall. The type of stuff that was displayed in the demo does happen in the game, just not all the time, and the demo was made to show how combat could happen, but not how it would always be. Also, this stuff mainly comes out in survivor difficulty, and after beating the game three times on survivor, it is definitely how ND intended for you to play, and it is the only way to truly experience how great this game was. In a way that's kind of a shame, since combat in the game can be as visceral and incredible as the combat shown in this demo, but combat is definitely not always like this.
Rick Quinton they probably changed some things that were cool and realistic but didn't work, now with the last dlc they promised a new AI which probably is the first one and they spent all this time to make it work as they wanted. I'm waiting to play again for the dlc. And I really want to play again so I'm kinda waiting for the game again.
Just realised they never even showed off the infected here and the demo was still amazing! Thank god they changed the HUD from this demo tho! I pray for TLOU 2!
TLOU 2 is gonna happen i can feel it, now that Uncharted 4 is wrapped up which is an amazing game btw. TLOU 2 Naughty God's next masterpiece, WE'RE ALL PRAYING FOR IT💯🙏
I had to go back see this after The last of us 2 reveal gameplay. Here it also seems more dynamic and how Ellie reactions etc to the situation than the real game. He fired on an empty chamber and the NPC said "I know that sound" and acted differently because of it.... did that ever occur in the real game?
This was quite possibly the first E3 demo where the final game looked just as good (in terms of graphics) as the demo, that I've ever seen. Naughty Dog knows how to do it.
I liked the E3 game more than the final game, everything was better, except for the HUD, in my opinion the actual one it's more like an apocalyptic game
I love watching live demos. When the crowd cheers it always gives me chills. Like when they first showed the flagsassination at PAX for Halo 4. I don't even like that game, but when I heard the crowd reaction, I couldn't help but smile. :)
Played the game on grounded and grounded+ and the AI are nothing like this. They could have the perfect angle on me and shot me right there, instead they run right in my view and let me kill them -_- kinda makes me a bit jelly knowing that they could have kept the AI features but naughty dog said it would have been to hard.....but that's why there's difficulty features -_-
Even though some of the cool stuff from the demo didn’t make it into the game, I don’t think anyone was disappointed by the final product. The demo really captured the feel of the game. Hopefully Part 2 will use the newer technology to bring some of these abandoned ideas to life. Especially more situational reactions from enemies and maybe new cooperation between Joel and Ellie. It’d be tight to be able to blow a guy’s leg off and watch Ellie curb stomp him as you reload.
All the differnt things you can do in this demo and the way the characters interact seem better than the finished game. Love the reaching into the backpack and the HUD. Struggling and taking the shotgun is excellent.
SIMILAR things can happen, but not exactly, especially when you look at the camera angles. If you look at the sequences in the game where you have to mash square over and over again, this sequence is very similar to those, just without the square prompt. It was done so that the presentation could have that BOOM ending like it did. Without a scripted few seconds, something could have gone wrong and it wouldn't have looked right.
''Disappointing the AI was not as good in the real game.'' ''I've never seen a Hunter struggling Joel and Ellie jumping on his back and stabbing him.'' Just because you haven't seen something, doesn't mean it's not there.
Actually, while the AI has been dumbed down in the final game, a lot of the stuff shown in this trailer is in the final game. Like Ellie throwing bricks at enemies, her stabbing people when they grab you, and enemies ducking away when you have a hostage and you point a gun at them. They only took out Crouch sprint, and the ability around walls, which, let's face it, would be kind of pointless.
Force0fWi11 Everything in the trailer is possible ... you really need to explore more man. Ellie DOES throw bricks. Ellie DOES attack enemies, usually from behind. If something attacks Joel she does have a small chance to get them off of him. The dodging is there, getting choked, etc.
Tatsujin I played through the game 5 times, I know what I'm talking about. And I know that Ellie does stuff, I actually think that on ocassion, the AI is really smart. On ocassion.
I wish that they'd added those extra animations from this demo onto the final product. It would be cool to storm into a room, wrestle with a hunter and grab his shotgun, then fight another one immediately, that would change the whole interface against the enemies. And also the AI is a whole lot better in the demo than it is in the final product, also how the enemies react to one of their nearby allies burning or being strangled and immediately assisting their allies really proves to me how much of a realistic feel I would get whenever I'm placed onto these situations, I'm hoping that they'll add these to TLOU 2. There's a chance they'll make a sequel.
It's not so much that the AI became less intelligent by launch, but that fights where considerably less dynamic. The environment is less involved in fights in the final product, for instance. Enemies checking in drawers, knocking over the lamp and making the drawer roll out, specifically hiding by a doorway with a lead pipe... such things are at least simplified in the full game, just TRY to re-enact this demo. It appears like this version had more frequent incidental dialogue, and enemies most notably cooperated with each other a lot more. (This is more prominent in the alternate demo they did for television, where enemies grab Joel and shout out to each other to shoot him; "HOLD HIM STILL!") I also get the impression that enemies make greater use of cover here. There are no disarming mechanics, the intricate ammo retrieval animation was cut from general gameplay, AND Joel gets his weapon TAKEN AWAY in this demo, which does not dynamically occur in the full game... that on top of several traversal mechanics being cut... so yes, mechanically speaking, there are "downgrades." No matter if you play on Grounded. (Which is probably the closest you can get to experiencing this demo)
Why are all of you guys saying the AI is not the same as this? I just beat it on Grounded (PS4 remastered) and the AI is not only just like this, but a lot better (harder). There is only 2 ways that you will NOT see AI like this. 1 - Play on easy. 2 - Jump into the battle without strategy and get yourself killed 85% of the time.
I wish they had kept some things in the demo in the actual game. Like the cover, being able to move fast while crouched, the conversations while in combat, the small cinematics while fighting, the cover based combat, and the interactive AI
Yes, but if any level fucking sprints to the place where he got killed, he gets killed AGAIN and we lose a valuable ticket. Fucking level zeros, swear on me mum.
Quite possibly one of the best games of this generation. I dislike the multiplayer at times. But the story is nothing short of perfection wrapped in bacon!
I do have to agree with the people who are disappointing at the game. It did remove a lot of features that was being shown off in the demo that was supposed to make it a game changer, but consoles do hold back games that could of been absolute masterpieces like Crysis, which came out in 2007 and is still a very high quality sandbox/fps game that used to be PC exclusive; but back in 2007 we had games like CoD WaW and modern warfare, gears of war 2, and halo 3 and heading back to them now it feels different and less advanced than when we first played it. All i'm saying is that if consoles were more productive on their performance and trying to keep up with PC's that not only the last of us would have all the features in this demo but also could of been a sandbox true survival feeling and many more improvements. And i'm not hating on the game, its a great game and I've played it multiple times through the hardest difficulty (survivalist) and still feel like the game could of been more challenging and advanced in every way if it weren't for companies like naughty dog, and Bungie and others sticking to just consoles.
Everything that was rusty was improved in the final product, thought something I wish they would have kept was the more complex and intelligent interactions with the enemies. I like the concept of if you didn't take an item in time, the enemy would take it. Or an enemy sneaking up on you unexpectedly, this does happen but only when you have been spotted by the others enemies.
I haven't played on Survivor or Grounded modes yet, but I do feel the game would have been better if it was like the demo. Slightly fewer enemies that are extremely smart, fewer guns, fewer bullets, fewer resources, a more advanced cover system, more damage to the player, and actual danger from melee attacks. While still a great game, TLOU was different from the demo. By the end of the game I had 3 of every craftable, and almost fully upgraded, fully loaded arsenal. I feel there should have been more emphasis on the context the guns were used in. At times, at least on normal and hard, I had a huge surplus of ammunition. Unfortunately that made the game easy and I was able to just mash square for single enemies and truck ones behind cover with the shotgun with no fear of dying, or even getting injured. There should have been risk in every action you take.
It wasn't really removed. Everything you see in this demo can happen in the game and has happened to me often in every playthrough. However this demo is definitely making these occurrences much more frequent to look good - they're rarer in the actual game.
***** Who pissed in your cereal this morning? I'm just making the point that the stuff in the demo is possible in the real game (with the exception of enemies using you as a shield, I must have missed that one), it just doesn't all happen at once, as the demo shows. You don't have to be hostile to everyone you disagree with on the internet.
I don't know what game you're playing. Literally the only thing you listed that can't happen in the game is sprinting while crouched. Try playing the game in Grounded. You'll find that nearly every encounter is a lot like this one.
WH250398 dude how did the guy do the part where he was holding the gun to the guys head? I never knew you could do that in the game. would have been so handy
Potato Chan I felt that too but some key features in the 2nd game that were CONFIRMED by naughty dog are -Enemies call each other by name -Enemies communicate where you are -Enemies actually taunt you -All of their animations are motion captured, so they clear buildings very realistically Just some news I thought I’d spread to a fellow gamer who has the same thoughts as me. Hopefully you look into this stuff it’s all confirmed!
We all come to see the ending with Joel and that shotgun to the face, I've never seen a game be this so realistically intense EVER!, god those few second are so fucking brutal, from the lighting the guy on fire to the bashing in of that guys skull to the SHOTGUN TO THE FACE. So awesome
+Jimmy Russel (Dirgil) yeah there were allot of things in the full game that weren't here such as enemies not reacting to you having a hostage (besides doing an award hobble out the way if you try shoot them), enemies don't give shit if they see your out of ammo, me-lee enemies don't wait for you behind a door/corner, when you burn an enemy Joel doesn't react to Ellie's comment and a whole bunch of other stuff. still a life changing game but very disappointing from the demo.
Polo Surf Yeah I see what you mean. I actually skimmed through the video so the only difference i saw was the hud. The game would have been better if those things were added.
***** Granted, there are some things that were removed from the final game. The AI isn't as brilliant admittedly, but 99% of content they kept in the game. They just made it more rare so that it suprises you more. TLOU is still a great game in my opinion. Call me a fanboy if you want, but I think ND did one hell of a job, considering it's a new IP for them.
Did anyone else watch this again after seeing The Last of Us 2 trailer?
YES!
Hell yeah!
I did.
Movies with Matticus me omg the last of us 2 is gonna be great
yep :)
It’s kinda crazy to see how much the HUD actually changed on release
4 years later, still the best E3 demo ever.
Even better than the game itself. Sniff
+ElfenDamaLied28 and yet still manage to be one of the best game in last generation, and was critically acclaim and will no doubt become a classic, unlike Ubisoft, ND manage to give us the a game that's close to their E3 demo.
Yeah is a good game, but the demo is better unfortunately
Yes, with God of War this year too! :D
truu dat
Lol everyone cheers at Ellie nailing that dude in the face with a brick.
BEST MOMENT EVER!~
Its amazing because the enemy heard the gun clicks and knew the gun had no ammo and Ellie took the chance to save your bacon. That type if dynamic had never been seen in a game before and is extremely rare.
And Naughty Dog removed it, goddammit Naughty Dog... why?
Not entirely. It's happened only a few times during my multiple play-throughs of the game.
Rafael Muniz They didn't remove it. It's still in the game. I've run out of ammo several times and Ellie consistently chucks bricks at enemies to save me.
Game of the year.. 2013. Right here.
***** Yeah, I don't see VGX as a source for anything, really. That event is pretty terrible.
But of course m'lady...XD XD
Naughty Gods Rules!!!!
Best game of the decade*.
MCpingulrik JAJAJAJAJA
The game of the year 2013 is TOMB RAIDER :)
You wana know how this is such a great cinematic game. My dad comes home one day to me playing this and says oh what movie are you watching
Very true even if it isn't the full version . We can hope for another game. I'm no fanboy but u think play station 4 is better for gaming
Trae Nelson Exactly the same here lol
For me it was "wtf you watching this late at night, it sounds scary"
J4 Your prayers have been answered my boy :-)
Who else is watching this cause they can't to see the gameplay of The Last of Us Part || tonight!!
And it was amazing!
Michael everyone is complaining of the whole lesbian thing it’s hilarious
FunForSameer im ding a. comparison
Al Goodie they might take some features out the game like the last of us 1 e3
FunForSameer I'm from the future and it was orgasmically good.
This was the moment they knew they had a hit in their hands
And it damn sure was
Even after completing the game multiple times, this demo still leaves my hands shaking as much as the final the product did. The Last of Us is hands down the perfect game 10/10
I wish you could fight over guns with hunters like in the last scene.
Chruckn0rris why can't we? Did they remove it from final cut?
DL. 360 Yeah.
Chruckn0rris why did they remove that? It was a good affect. Still a great game. But still...
You can still hit someone with a long gun, if you keep it in your hand and press the melee button. So yeah, it's there, I've tested it.
LOL MCLOL yeah I've done that, great affects, great game, great everything. But you don't get that little moment where you get into combat with bare hands and scuffle over the gun, that would be cool but it doesn't really matter.
I couldn't help but come back to this after watching TLOU: Part II state of play trailer. 😆
People...This is why you buy a PlayStation.
Deceiving footages indeed yeah. Still waiting for the last guardian and rime sigh
This game is the reason I bought a playstation! This and Uncharted anyway haha. Naughty Dog is the best!!!
although it's a good game it is really overrated, uncharted on the other hand is way better than this
JustAgreekPassing you have got to be kidding. uncharted is just run, gun, punch, climb, repeat. the combat in this game is way more dynamic.
Kinda jealous it's not on Xbox.. but whatever its a great game but it's not the greatest thing ever created the way some people view it as.
Almost Everyone in 2012 : "They cant make this game run in the PS3 Is going to be downgraded. "
And man, They really did It, IMPRESSIVE
Did what, downgrade it?
One of the best crowd reactions i ever heard. What that must of felt like to Naughty Dog to hear that and know that all the hard work to that point paid off and know that they had something special. Masterpiece of a game.
so damn happy that playstation has been my console of choice for 11 years
I come here from time to time just to remind me how good Naughty Dog is.
Really? Because the game did not deliver on this demo
I came here to say how Naughty that Dog is
golfclub

***** Hud definitely looks a lot better in the final version IMO.
***** What DLC? You mean the Grounded difficulty?
Still gives me chills, best game I've ever played
Just played this for the first time in 2020, maybe my favorite game of all time. Absolutely phenomenal and breathtaking.
I still get goosebumps at the shotgun fight at the end. This is a demo I'll never forget.
PEOPLE who are saying that the AI is broken
play in grounded mode and come back here with your thoughts...
Nope, still the same
NOABXD yea okay
Mojo Siesta It ain't my fault that the game has horrible AI.
NOABXD psh, ignorant
I'll bet he hasn't even beat the game on grounded. I've got the trophy to prove it and I can say without a doubt, the AI is hands down incredible
The crowd reaction at 5:17 is awesome!
Anyone here after seeing that badass new trailer for Part 2?
Yes sir part ll looks amazing!!
Can’t wait!!
1:30 If you swim to the bottom of that water in the real game, you can find some scrap parts for upgrading down there
Call of duty gets boring, FIFA pisses me off, the last of us made me fall in love with video games again! Thanks naughty dog!
Crouch-sprinting! What is this sorcery?!
Just realised they never even showed off the infected here and the demo was still amazing! Thank god they changed the HUD from this demo tho! I pray for TLOU 2!
+Travis Johnson Life is amazing
+LimitlessMusic UK They definitely changed the UI for the better!
TLOU 2 is gonna happen i can feel it, now that Uncharted 4 is wrapped up which is an amazing game btw. TLOU 2 Naughty God's next masterpiece, WE'RE ALL PRAYING FOR IT💯🙏
trailer is out
I was disappointed with TLOU part 2, I wouldn’t mind waiting seven years for a remake but we all know that won’t happen LOL I’m just delusional
@2:22 one thing I’ll always take away from this demo is how badass the lighting made this guy playing look.
Mr. Popo lol he’s the game director
Arthur Morgan thanks but I am aware of that Black Lung
8 years ago!? How did this happen?
Still one of the best games and E3 demos till this day.
The last room was entirely scripted but everything else happens just like the real game.
I had to go back see this after The last of us 2 reveal gameplay. Here it also seems more dynamic and how Ellie reactions etc to the situation than the real game. He fired on an empty chamber and the NPC said "I know that sound" and acted differently because of it.... did that ever occur in the real game?
Odin's Playground The empty gun thing happens all right but I'd agree it also seems more dynamic here than in the final game.
I remember the first time it has happened to me. It was terrifying
Yeah I remember getting that quote in gameplay
Mike Westcott Me too
The major change was the AI, then the cinematic camera angles and some combat mechanics.
I still get goosebumps and chikks watching this. Hands down best E3 presentation ever.
This was quite possibly the first E3 demo where the final game looked just as good (in terms of graphics) as the demo, that I've ever seen. Naughty Dog knows how to do it.
I've beaten this game 3 times and my heart was still pumping after watching that. God this game is awesome
They definitely changed the level layout!
zombie undead hmm what did they change?
zombie undead what did they change from this trailer and in the actual game.
ArtherFLT you’re a dumbass
dave IsDave right at the beginning before u go into the hotel he climbs over a car , in the game u got to use a plank to get across
Who would've thought we would be here in 2014 with The Last Of Us: Remastered on PS4 ..
Pretty much the opposite of E3 Ubisoft can ever deliver. The final product is better than the E3 Demo..
The game wasn't even finished.
I liked the E3 game more than the final game, everything was better, except for the HUD, in my opinion the actual one it's more like an apocalyptic game
Too bad this isn't the case for The Last of Us. E3 looks much better (except for the HUD), in my opinion.
In other words, false advertising.
@@tiagonunes1107 the game literally have no bugs and glitches
The hud is much better
I love watching live demos. When the crowd cheers it always gives me chills. Like when they first showed the flagsassination at PAX for Halo 4. I don't even like that game, but when I heard the crowd reaction, I couldn't help but smile. :)
anyone notice that on this version u could sprint while crouched? thats bull why remove that?
Maybe to op
not only that but you can also cover yourself, while in the latest version you can only crouch.
You can still get into cover. Difference is, in the demo you "stick" to the cover and in the final game it feels more fluid and natural
+ConnectedSims23 yea like here they had a button strictly for cover and there was even a button to zoom in without aiming ur weapon in cover
these were things that didnt need to be removed smh
i still having a hard time to believe this was on PS3 with 512 MB of memory.
PS3 had 256
Who came back to watch this after watching the last of us 2 trailer
Played the game on grounded and grounded+ and the AI are nothing like this. Yeah, just an excuse to not have a more intelligent and complex A.I
Even though some of the cool stuff from the demo didn’t make it into the game, I don’t think anyone was disappointed by the final product. The demo really captured the feel of the game. They straight up played golf with the joel's head
Well
All the differnt things you can do in this demo and the way the characters interact seem better than the finished game. Love the reaching into the backpack and the HUD. Struggling and taking the shotgun is excellent.
It's because it is fake.
Man 6 years went by like nothing til this day this one of the best games for the PlayStation and will be remember forever
watched it over and over, chills every single time

For some reason this gives me the E3 Uncharted 4 Demo feeling. Has it really been two years?
Feeling old yet?
+Justin Urquiola lol
The only game that lived up to it's hype from the demo at E3. *cough* WatchDogs *cough*
I gotta say this is one of the best live demos i have ever seen
''Disappointing the AI was not as good in the real game.''
''I've never seen a Hunter struggling Joel and Ellie jumping on his back and stabbing him.''

Damn, would it be nice if we had this mechanic 3:31 part one and part two the last of us
one of the only games that came out so similar to its demo, well done naughty dog
Even after playing, and beating this game, this video always gives me goosebumps.
01/15/23 still amazing. HBO series on air
6 years later and this gameplay trailer still gets me hype to play the game.
Just beat Last of Us on Grounded+ Dispite everything, this game is brutal and makes my heart pound when fighting Raiders.

I think they did it because the ai was too op and it would play a little too much like uncharted.

I wish they had kept some things in the demo in the actual game. Like the cover, being able to move fast while crouched, the conversations while in combat, the small cinematics while fighting, the cover based combat, and the interactive AI
Love this game, but the multiplayer needs a heck of a lot of balancing. Fucking Lv. 0 against 200+.
The problem is that not as many people are playing anymore so most people that stick around have high levels.
In a few extremely rare cases, I've seen a full lobby of double digits. Highest number would be around 80, but better than triple digits.
I just started playing it at rank zero, I rarely find players that I'm incapable of killing, even at rank 200. Rank isn't everything.
Yes, but if any level fucking sprints to the place where he got killed, he gets killed AGAIN and we lose a valuable ticket.
Fucking level zeros, swear on me mum.
flango8 The Multiplayer is unbalanced and not fun.
Quite possibly one of the best games of this generation. I dislike the multiplayer at times. But the story is nothing short of perfection wrapped in bacon!
who is here after the last of 2 trailer on psx
Best Trust me
THE SOUND OF THE AUDIENCE'S APPLAUSE FILLS YOU WITH *DETERMINATION!*
I wonder if Naughty Dog knew at the time that this was going to be the digital masterpiece of 2013...
I LOVE THIS F**KING GAME
I still remember this E3 Demo demonstration. I forgot how different the item menu was.
1:32 "Oh this place is bad"
I played this game 5 times in total and 4 time ls in one month. Lel, i'm still not bored.
Anyone watching this after watching the last of us 2 trailer / After completing Last Of Us 1
Everything that was rusty was improved in the final product, thought something I wish they would have kept was the more complex and intelligent interactions with the enemies.
Well you explained why you had that many resources by the end of the game in your first sentence. Try it on harder difficulties bro
Then you should play Grounded. Trust me. That tore me up haha
Play Grounded.
Grounded is not any harder than survivor. And survivor isn't even that hard. I died what, ten or so times? Easy game guys, you can do it.
SilvaDroid It was hard because the first time I played The Last of Us Remastered was on Grounded mode haha But it was easier the second time.
the AI in this demo is badass too bad some had to be removed
You'll find that nearly every encounter is a lot like this one.
still looks amazing and on a ps3 :D
Yeah Cell is a beast
Anyone know what the song was called at around 6:42?
The only thing that isn't in the game is the disarming part. Should have let that in! The rest of the demo I have seen in the actual game.
WH250398 dude how did the guy do the part where he was holding the gun to the guys head? I never knew you could do that in the game. would have been so handy
2cool0 sneak brhind him then hit (triangle) but don't strangle him (square after the triangle)
leadmaster537 but doesn't square strangle him? sorry totally forgot how to play the game haha haven't played in a while
that's what I said "but don't strangle him (square)" I was only implying that the button for strangle is square
2cool0
I believe that's done with the r1 button when you grab him. (r2 on ps4)
thats Rick Grimes and his daughter in 9 years.
Watching this in 2019!
Me Too
Seeing this video 6 years later and those graphics still amaze me.
Who’s here after you’ve seen Part II gameplay ?
Yup
Yup
I'm feeling the Part II demo is just a mislead too i mean it's always is
Potato Chan I felt that too but some key features in the 2nd game that were CONFIRMED by naughty dog are
-Enemies call each other by name
-Enemies communicate where you are
-Enemies actually taunt you
-All of their animations are motion captured, so they clear buildings very realistically
Just some news I thought I’d spread to a fellow gamer who has the same thoughts as me. Hopefully you look into this stuff it’s all confirmed!
A Game that Truly Delivered
when do they drop the controller? I want to look back at that epic moment, but I can't find it so far
Damn this trailer is great, as great as the Game itself. i wonder when is the sequel will be announced....
Yeah man been waiting for so long now they only published a fanmade game tho
I WANT/NEED TO WORK AT NAUGHTY DOG!!!!
Gives me chills everytime, amazing game
Does anybody know the voice actor of the bad guy at 5:15? It sounds so damn familiar.
***** Thanks! You're my hero! :D
Soooo many Xbox gamers that are hating on this game does They didn't get a good game such as this
Watching this gameplay before watching the last of us part 2 at e3 lol can't wait!
Martin VR you like it??
King Capital Yeah, but I was expecting more, like to see Joel back, and the clickers.
Unlike bioshock infinite, almost everything in this demo is in the final product of the game :)
We all come to see the ending with Joel and that shotgun to the face, I've never seen a game be this so realistically intense EVER!, god those few second are so fucking brutal, from the lighting the guy on fire to the bashing in of that guys skull to the SHOTGUN TO THE FACE. So awesome
THE LAST OF US 2
LAST OF US 2!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
charlie devine part* 2 ;)
its funny when you compare the actual game to the demo and realise how bette the actual game is.
What the? explain, it seems the actual game was slightly stripped down from this
+Jimmy Russel (Dirgil) yeah there were allot of things in the full game that weren't here such as enemies not reacting to you having a hostage (besides doing an award hobble out the way if you try shoot them), enemies don't give shit if they see your out of ammo, me-lee enemies don't wait for you behind a door/corner, when you burn an enemy Joel doesn't react to Ellie's comment and a whole bunch of other stuff. still a life changing game but very disappointing from the demo.
2:24 i love that the guy was mashing X to get up the ladder, even the devs mash buttons.
