Quick Masala Paneer Capsicum in lock-down, paneer shimla mirch , पनीर शिमला मिर्च की सब्जी
ingredients
200 grams paneer cubes
1 onion petals
1 capsicum cubes
3 tbsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds zeera
2-3 cloves laung
2 cardamom elaichi
1 bay leaves
1 big grated onion
2 big grated tomatoes
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
1 chopped green chilli
1/2 tsp kasuri methi
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp dry mango powder
3/4 tsp coriander powder
3/4 tsp garam masala powder
2 tsp cream
salt as per taste
water 1 cup
