प्याज़ और शिमला मिर्च के मसालेदार सब्ज़ी ऐसे बनायेंगे तो हर कोई आपकी तारीफ करेगा :)
Preparation time - 30 minutes
Serving - 4
ingredients:
Capsicum - 3
Onion - 5
Curd - 2 tbsp (you may use fresh cream instead)
Ginger - 2 inch
Tomato - 2
Garlic cloves - 10 to 12
Cumin seeds -1 tsp
Black cardamom- 1
Cinnamon stick - 1 inch
Turmeric powder -1/2 tsp
Kashmiri red chilli powder - 2 tsp
Cumin powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder -1 tsp
Garam masala powder -1 tsp
Salt to taste
Cooking oil - 5 tbsp

This recipe was of great help to me as it bailed me out of a stressful situation in the morning when the paneer I was going to cook for my husband's tiffin turned bad. I had already chopped capsicums and onions for the paneer and was wondering what to do as I was running out of time and had a whole lot of chores to finish. I typed capsicum and onion recipe on TH-cam and discovered this little treasure. I followed the recipe and also added a pinch of sugar to the gravy. The dish was delicious and much enjoyed with chapatis. Many thanks for this simple yet amazing recipe.
Even I added a pinch if sugar to it and that changed the complete taste ... my husband and me liked it
