Imma be real I wasn't expecting an entirely new character just for the new Knuckles series, I thought it would just be a Movie Knuckles recap. Series Knuckles needs some buffs, his projectile does weak shock damage, although the trail depleting rings if you walk behind it is a nice touch. His boost...sucks. The motorcycle is a nice attention to detail, but it is so very slow. You gain no distance with it, you may as well just call the motorcycle an aesthetic. I fell like it's inevitable for him to get some sort of buff though, because there are a lot of drawbacks when using this character. And of course spear trap carries him lol.

Thoughts on the Knuckles series?
It's so easy to sand bag you can spam spear trap and you can get a boost from short distances and when I play as a super my rings decreases faster when the annoying bot and players spam flames of disaster and the boost is so so🫤🫤🫤
Kinda mid. Episode 3 was the worst episode of the show and 4 was just an acid trip. The writing in Ep 3-5 was just horrible. It’s was probably the worst Sonic Media in recent history I’ve ever watched. Knuckles deserves better than this.

If silver is in the movie sonic cinematic universe then the goofy ahh iblis looking monster doesn't exist in silvers future unless knuckles did not defeat that goofy ahh iblis
And also I think the first episode of the series made more budget
The Knuckles show was really mid. Tbh it wasnt even about knuckles it was mostly about Wade and his father or sm and bowling. Nothing new about the Sonic verse nothing brought in. Matter fact and it was caluclated that Knuckles shows uo for HALF of his own series. Wade gets more screen time and its like we are not here for the humans we are here to see Sonic the Hedgehog characters. Knuckles deserves better.As for the character in the game, mid and annoying
I genuinely love knuckles as much as the next guy, but I too was expecting a movie knuckles event as he kinda feels like a waste of a character. He's hard to describe because he's cracked but at the same time, he kinda sucks. The boost granting invincibility is unnecessary and unfair however the boost sucks. I don't think you gain any speed of it. The only good thing about his projectile is that it goes through walls and the trail travels backwards too so you can unintentionally hit people. I don't think he's bad but he doesn't really have anything aside from 9 speed and spear trap.
I didn’t expect Series Knuckles to have different priorities to his move set. Flames of Disaster does electric damage which makes no sense (but then again, common sense isn’t that common). Also that burn damage goes through invincibility btw. Chopper Boost has that delay, really slow and has invincibility for no reason. If HL wants to make more one-off characters, they need to make them like they made the Lego Characters.
Yeah, it kinda throws off what they mentioned before when they said that one off characters with different abilities wouldn’t be fair to people who weren’t around during their event. Now imagine they superbuffed Series Knuckles and he ended up being top 10, and then people who didn’t spend that much or weren’t active during the event would miss out.

I actually really like this character. Prob my new main sense I feel bad using my old one (its Movie Tails and I just found out people hate going against him so I no longer use him). His Flames of Disaster is quite unique draining rains of people behind it, allowing you to somewhat hit people directly behind you. His spears are great, hit somebody twice and there almost always out of the race. There have been a few split paths where they were forced into upward spikes. I ONLY wish they would trade his boosts invincibility for the wind up. Once your opponents are out of reach of your spikes and Flames of Disaster, you cannot win.
I have No Words for him honestly but he's just looks Sick for me *huhu 😭
It's a nightmare to play as Super Sonic in the last days of the previous season. No clue how or why Flames of Disaster can drain a super's rings while they're boosting.
Hell, normally you don't have to worry about getting hit when transforming but when there's a projectile capable of bypassing i-frames and drains rings like crazy... Well, hope you like watching your rings go from 100 to like 60 in seconds.
In all of my years playing this game, this is the first time I've seen a character capable of forcing super sonic out of his boost like Knuckles knocking the emeralds out of Super Sonic at the opening of Sonic 3.
Yeah I’ve had a situation where I was airborne as Rusty and still got rings taken, it’s weird and that definitely should get a fix
Series Knux is cool, but he’s flawed. I wasn’t expecting an entire new character just for the series, but hey, we got one. Flames of Disaster is meh. The electric damage it does is very weak, though I do think the ring drain trail is cool. Chopper Boost is bad for catching up. It’s slow and has a startup delay, but is invincible for some reason. Spear Trap is Spear Trap, so that’s his best item.

The season just started and my first race went we 3 SK spamming spear and in 3 different points of the race synced perfectly to have all paths blocked, 3 different times men. Like why are they so sweaty 🥵 all of a sudden.
Don't worry. Once the event is over there will be less SKs, then it prob won't happen again. I feel sorry for you though, those spears hit like a truck. Get hit twice and you've basicely already lost.
That low battery warning cost me alot of trophies 🏆😢

Honestly, I expected more from him, this bike promised a lot and delivered nothing, if he started the race on the bike, like Sonic Dash, it would be better. Flames of Disaster does little damage, what saves it are the Spears. When the character is not Op it is bad. The only good and balanced character this year was VR, and the event will probably only return next year 💀

I think he's good But he definitely needs a speed increase that motorcycle is just way too slow that you need to use spear trap to catch up.🏍️

This is def a rough start to a season, but once the event is over it'll all be back to normal and there won't be any OP characters in every race. Wait... do I hear... a DJ?
