i went out for a drink one night and the next morning i found it exceedingly hard to do my workout and play my guitar. but i refocused the next day, i have been consistent now for 4 months i will not stop, PUSH ON WARRIORS/KINGS
i have a question, do you touch the fret with your thumb or keep it away from it, cz for me, if i touch the fret with my thumb it contracts my palms and causes it to mute the strings i'm not holding
i never commented on anyone's video or post but this video made me to share my feelings , i am in college(3rd year) right now and i regret everything from making those friends and wasting time and now i am not able to keep up with things in studies and i regret not giving time for my family, also like you said everyone is fighting their own demon i feel like giving up man, i feel like why i am not like them, why i can not sit and study for an hour, but guys i promise this i will change and make my family proud, Thanks
Thanks for sharing, brother. Regret is heavy, but it’s also a sign that you’re ready to turn things around. Start with small daily wins and keep that promise to yourself-you’ll be proud of the person you become, and so will your family. We’re all fighting, but you’re not alone. Let me know if that helps 🙏🏼
Im 14 and im asian and play basketball, alot of people at my school doubt that i can play cause im asian and im skinny so thats why i decided to take a turn in my life to prove them wrong and become more of a man, im also doing this to inprove my mentality
Brother, let your work speak louder than their doubts. Use their disbelief as fuel to push yourself further. Keep improving your skills and mentality-you’ll show them and yourself what’s possible. Proud of you! 🔥
I relate so much with "How you do one thing is how you do everything". I once watched a video where it talked about how playing games define you. I have downloaded lots of games, but when it comes to completion? I only have a few out of those hundreds of games. I get this excitement that diminishes as I progress throughout a game's story (it doesn't matter if the story's good or not). I eventually realized that that's how I live my life. I set a goal, start strong, but then things happen and I just stop, so I'll set another goal and repeat the cycle. I''m currently improving myself and I hope the flame I have right now doesn't get extinguished for a long while. Well, if it does, persisting like a madman will be the way.
My friend, I feel you. Starting strong but fading is something many of us go through. The key is building habits, even small ones, that keep you going when the initial fire dims. Don’t be afraid of the flame flickering.. what matters is you keep reigniting it, no matter what. Keep grinding, even when it feels tough. Thanks again for taking the time and sharing your thoughts 🙏🏼
You might have adhd bro. Not completing projects and moving on to the next shiny new thing once you’ve gone all in and binged all the dopamine you can from the first is a very common trait.
Appreciate that, my friend! It’s all about taking a step back and looking within. The more we reflect, the more we grow. Glad it resonated with you-keep that introspective energy going! 🙌🏼
My friend, thanks for letting me know-sometimes the best lessons sink in over time. Rewatch, apply what resonates, and let me know how it’s helping you 🔥
I use my boredom to cycle through productive activities. For instance, I went from learning IT to learning game development and then repeating the process whenever I get bored. Basically, keep juggling hot potatoes to avoid burning your hands. It's good to take breaks cause your hands will burn eventually. That's why its called a burnout.
Brother, that’s a clever way to keep things fresh! Just make sure you don’t overdo it; even productive activities need a balance. Set aside time for relaxation too, or you’ll end up burning out. How do you usually unwind after juggling all those activities? Let me know 🙏🏼
@mindflowclub Since most of my work is done through the computer, I just play games or read a book. But of course, procrastination sometimes takes hold from time to time. If I stay in that state for too long, it's like trying to learn how to walk again until you get the rhythm where you left off.
I totally feel you on this one, same here from time to time. It's important to have little breaks in between where you allow yourself some off-time. However keep the big goal in mind and keep pushing. You'll get there one day my friend 🚀
Gonna throw here some tips that helped me a lot... Avoid staying in bed unless you go to sleep Grab your work/study and go somewhere else than your room (if possible)
My friend, solid tips! Shaking up your environment can make a world of difference in productivity. Keep that energy up, and those little tweaks will compound into big wins. Small changes create momentum!
I think from personal experience that it’s important to allow also a lot of empathy for yourself, because the stronger your inner negative critic is the stronger is the need to escape from it, so if you slack a bit just give yourself some understanding because your only human and life shouldn’t be only out working and being obsessive, real out working is living a life you’re proud of!
Brother, you hit the nail on the head. Self-compassion is everything. We’re human, and it’s okay to stumble as long as we get back up. Balance hard work with self-love, and make sure you’re proud of the journey, not just the destination. 🚀
Appreciate the love, my friend! Indeed I would be happy if you are right. But if even one part of it is fulfilled, that would be a great pleasure. Because I want to give strength and energy to people who need it. That's all that matters. Thanks again for your support, that truly means a lot to me 🙏🏼
On this topic I can really recommend a book I randomly found recently. It is "This book will make you dangerous". Yes, the title is a bit of a bait. It has nothing to do with becoming dangerous. Amazing video! Only thing I would change is the loose stitch analogy. It's okay to make mistakes on the path forward. You can miss a gym day or eat like shit for a day. What it requires is what you said about finding the stitch and recognizing it as a shortcoming. Not allowing your own shortcoming to stop you is the MOST POWER you will ever feel. Fighting yourself and winning means getting up after it knocks you down a million times. Keep going bros, and become the you that you KNOW you can become
Thanks for taking the time and sharing your thoughts, brother 🙏🏼 It’s not about perfection, it’s about resilience-getting back up every time you fall. Those small stumbles don’t define you, but how you rise from them does. Keep embracing the grind, because each step back is just fuel for the next leap forward. We’ve got this!
We aren’t present with our selves. Make sure that each breath is relaxed with a full exhale. Our thoughts become our feelings. Feelings alter heart rhythm causing stress and blood pressure fluctuations which lead you to make emotional decisions guided by our feelings. No matter what you’re going through with your self, your breath must be constantly monitored.
My friend, that’s deep and so true. Your breath is like your anchor-keep it steady, and everything else follows. When things feel out of control, bring it back to that calm breath. You’d be surprised how much clarity comes with just a few mindful moments. Keep breathing easy, brother.

Thank you for taking the time and sharing your thoughts, my friend! It's okay to let your mind wander as long as you find your way back. I've noticed that learning isn’t always about nonstop focus but about allowing your brain to absorb info naturally. Keep feeding that desire to learn and give it time.. sometimes passion grows when you least expect it. You’re on the right path! 🔥

the thing about passion is very true, cause i feel lika very capable of almost everything that i want to do. But when u are truly commited to that goal or that mindset and the image of yourself that u really like, thing that are difficult, still difficult but the process to acomplished it is way more friendly
Exactly, brother! When you’re passionate, even tough moments feel like part of the journey. The process may be hard, but it’s more fulfilling when you’re moving toward something you truly want. What’s the next step toward that image of yourself that you can take today? Please let me know 🙏🏼
You nailed it, my friend! It’s that steady flow that builds the unstoppable momentum. Routine might feel small, but it creates massive impact over time. Keep stacking those wins daily 🚀
Thanks for the talk about consistency. I also always got bored and switched up whatever I was learning at the moment but that doesn't get you far. You also have to be consistent like you said
That’s the spirit, brother! The first step is always the hardest, but once you commit, there’s no turning back. Keep that fire burning, outworking everyone is all about staying consistent. You got this! 💪
I find out that the time Im leaving my best friends house nights on a weekend, when Im home even its 2a.m Inget so much shit done. Like you said its the time you find yourselfe being bored where you are so active.
That’s real, my friend. Late-night hours often bring a crazy focus when everything else is quiet. Same for me! If that’s your productive zone, embrace it-just balance it out so you don’t burn out. Sometimes those quiet moments are when we get the most done. 🚀✨
Thanks so much my friend. I really appreciate your words 🙏🏼 I’ll keep working on keeping the balance between the message and the visuals so both hit hard. What part of the message stuck with you the most?
@@mindflowclub definitely the part where u say that we have to identify the moment when that specific action broke the cycle of the good habits. I can relate to that and it seems like that is really the problem. I'll try what u said to see if a can stick to my schedule.🙏
That’s the spirit, my friend! Discipline is the foundation for everything-once you’ve got that down, everything else starts falling into place. Keep manifesting it daily, and the results will follow. What's the first thing you're focusing your discipline on?
That’s true, my friend. Boredom can either break you or make you. Use it as fuel to build, to read, and to grow. Channel that energy into something meaningful, and I'm sure you’ll see amazing results 🚀 Thanks for taking the time and sharing your thoughts!
Ppl jump into trying super hard then give up, for ex for ppl tryna lose weight they’ll hit the gym and go hard just to get injured, it’s best to start by walking 10-15k steps a day for a month to ease ur body into it, and doing it every day especially if ur fat will feel like a workout and give u a baseline strength to hit the gym late more efficiently
You’re absolutely right, my friend. Starting small and building that foundation makes all the difference. It’s the steady progress that leads to the biggest transformations 👍
also, one ''stitch'' that i would like to share is that don't let things get too hard, or face a challenge that you know is too powerful for your current skill level, or else when you fail these challenges it would serve as massive shock that would destroy any momentum you've built up through consistency.
My friend, you’ve nailed it. It’s about pacing yourself. Push your limits, but be smart about it-small, consistent wins will build your strength without breaking your momentum. It’s like leveling up, one challenge at a time. 🔥
Good content. I love it and empathize with a lot of what you are saying. Have you watched stuff by Bryan Johnson (the Blueprint founder)? He advocates for similar things like how the bad side of you will make excuses for fun but bad things. Need to fire those ppl from control.
I’m glad it hit home, brother! Keep pushing forward-sometimes all it takes is that little shift in perspective to get us where we need to be. You’ve got this 🚀
Good video, I appreciate this kind of content. I love helping people find the strength and tools to get what they want out of life. I have some points of my own to add, which I think are important. I think it's a mistake to compare yourself to others. It's fine to look to others for inspiration, comradery and support. But this "outworking others" is a waste of your time. Nobody cares if you work more or less than another person, and you shouldn't either. Do you achieve what you want to? That's how you determine success. There will always be someone better than you, and that is not a sign of weakness. We are all on our own individual journeys. Life is not a race or a competition, the only measure of your life is the one you create for yourself. Others will inevitably try to compare themselves to you, let them and do not play this game. Consider if this goal you set is really what you want. Why do you want to achieve this goal? How will you feel when you achieve it? Will you really be satisfied or will you immediately start looking for something else to do? I see so many people that think "if I get this, then I will be happy," and then when they get the thing, they're still not happy. In fact, sometimes they're even less happy, because now they can't blame their unhappiness on this thing they didn't achieve yet. Take a moment to consider if this is you. Before climbing a mountain, it's a good idea to check if it's the mountain you intended to climb. Most of the time, people just want to feel safe and accepted. Consider if there is a better way to get where you want to be without these buzzword goals. Is there something you're afraid of and running from? I find that your satisfaction in life has more to do with your character than your situation. And yes, you can be both satisfied and hard-working. Make mistakes, for they are the foundation of all learning. To make a mistake is to attempt something you can't already do, which is how you aquire new skills. If you only do the things that are already capable of, you will never learn anything. Mistakes are an indication of growth, perfection is an indication of stagnation.
My friend, thank you for taking the time and sharing your thoughts! I think you hit the nail on the head. The only race worth running is the one against yourself. Success is about living in alignment with your own goals and values, not outdoing someone else. Focus on your journey, and you’ll find fulfillment. 🙏🏼
Obviously everything I said applies to everyone out here. I really appreciate you stopping by and letting me know. All the best for your upcoming journey my friend 🩵
I want to find what drives me. I know a few things I love doing even for free. How would you, or anyone reading this, go about finding what drives you to be better and better?
My friend, what drives you is already within you-it’s in those things you’d do for free, the moments when time flies by because you’re in the zone. Start with what you love, then push yourself to master it. The key is in following your passion and combining it with discipline. That’s how you turn it into something bigger! At least that worked for me 🙏🏼
@@mindflowclub thanks for the response. How can I monetize what I love? If I love sharing my passion for outdoors or helping people reach their goals... what avenues would allow me to profit from my passions?
Brother, if you're passionate about the outdoors and helping people reach their goals, the world needs that energy. You could start a simple TH-cam channel or blog documenting your outdoor adventures, offering tips, or sharing inspiration, and monetize through ads or sponsorships. You can also create coaching programs, guiding people in personal growth or fitness outdoors. People connect with authenticity-so if you lead with your passion, the right opportunities will come.. I'm sure! Keep pushing forward, my friend, and make it a journey worth sharing. Let me know how you get on 🙏🏼
Mehnnnn, Boredom is Killing me😓😓 I'm still trying to quit P^rn, Trust me when I say I'm trying, I AM!!! all it take for me to go back is One sec of me feeling worthless and BOOM, I'm back on the site
I hear you, brother! Boredom can be a real trigger, especially when you're trying to break a habit. One way to fight it is by finding something that genuinely interests you, whether it’s a new hobby, reading, or working out, to fill those moments of boredom. Remember, progress takes time, so don’t be too hard on yourself. You might find one of my recent uploads on mastering your dopamine levels helpful. Check it out and let me know 🙏🏼
I actually quit porn forever and bud what worked for me was a simple mindset. I told myself that if i couldn't stay devoted to quitting it then I would fail on everything else in my life cause this would mean I can't stay disciplined in anything I'd do. So just that simple mindset changed it all and I don't feel the urge to do it again. Other than that you are not your mind, with that being said your mind will always try to sabotage you and tell you that what you doing is worthless but it's not, you mind is tricking you and deceiving you to make you go back to that addiction. So keep these 2 things in mind and stay relentless and focused on what you want for you and who you wish to become, let's stop admiring other people and admire ourselves
My friend, boredom is underrated-it’s often where the real growth begins. Mastering the mundane is how you outlast everyone else. Stay focused, and the results will speak for themselves💪
My friend, outworking isn’t about beating others; it’s about becoming the best version of yourself. When you push through boredom and stay consistent, you’re not just competing against others-you’re competing against your old self. 💭
y friend, the butterfly effect is a wild concept, and chaos theory only adds to the wonder of how small actions ripple out. Let’s keep exploring these ideas together 💭

the quality of the images is so good🔥 that sometimes it makes me stop listening to what you're saying and focus on the images😂. great video🔥
All the best for your journey, my friend 🙏🏼
Discipline is my best friend and I am manifesting it
That’s the spirit, my friend! Discipline is the foundation for everything-once you’ve got that down, everything else starts falling into place. Keep manifesting it daily, and the results will follow. What's the first thing you're focusing your discipline on?
Giovanni Dienstmann - Mindful Discipline. Best self-help book ever 👌
Bro I hate work, but I love my new job lolll
The content quality 💯🛐
I appreciate your kind words, my friend! 🙏🏼
Great stuff Godbless everyone
I've known this for couple years. I read a lot of prison books and how they get jacked and read a lot. The answer is boredom.
It’s the steady progress that leads to the biggest transformations 👍
you earned a subscriber bro
keep up the good work
Much appreciated my friend 🙏🏼
From the staring of video each and everything you told all happened same to me as well so I understand what you are talking about
Thank you brother I was lost for a lil bit
I'm glad you found this helpful brother 🙏🏼
also, one ''stitch'' that i would like to share is that don't let things get too hard, or face a challenge that you know is too powerful for your current skill level, or else when you fail these challenges it would serve as massive shock that would destroy any momentum you've built up through consistency.
My friend, you’ve nailed it. It’s about pacing yourself. Push your limits, but be smart about it-small, consistent wins will build your strength without breaking your momentum. It’s like leveling up, one challenge at a time. 🔥
Cool theory, I have to test it out
Awesome content keep it up ❤
Thanks for your support, brother! That truly means a lot to me 🙏🏼
Great video bro, keep it up
thanks brother, your words mean a lot to me!
Some real gold in there 🔥
Very very well done.
Thank you very much, my friend 🙏🏼 Your words truly mean a lot to me!

Great video brader, i love what you say and probably agree with most.
I appreciate your words my friend 🙏🏼
😢❤ I'll do my best
Good content. I love it and empathize with a lot of what you are saying. Have you watched stuff by Bryan Johnson (the Blueprint founder)? He advocates for similar things like how the bad side of you will make excuses for fun but bad things. Need to fire those ppl from control.
Thanks for the great content
Shocking myself sounds funny I think I should try
this is so accurate thx bro big help
I’m glad it hit home, brother! Keep pushing forward-sometimes all it takes is that little shift in perspective to get us where we need to be. You’ve got this 🚀
Saving the next generation
I'm a girl but this is actually very inspiring....thanks
Let me know how you get on 🙏🏼
@@mindflowclub heck yeah man, thanks, I'll start today😎
I want to preach everyone about Jesus that is what drives me and ignites great Fire in me!
We are going very far
Check it out and let me know 🙏🏼
@@mindflowclub thanks bro😓 I pray I break free soon
@@Gekyume866 you will, no doubt! Good things take time 😉
I actually quit porn forever and bud what worked for me was a simple mindset.
@@litogamer866 Thanks Man 🙏🙏 I'll definitely beat porn and I know that, Doing better recently
Can you list the animes in this video?
ok so we're at 5 "outwork everyone by being bored" guides
My friend, boredom is underrated-it’s often where the real growth begins. Mastering the mundane is how you outlast everyone else. Stay focused, and the results will speak for themselves💪
Tge boredom part is really interesting and now well studied, but why outwork anyone, for what?
My friend, outworking isn’t about beating others; it’s about becoming the best version of yourself. When you push through boredom and stay consistent, you’re not just competing against others-you’re competing against your old self. 💭
starting my journey lets see....
🔥🔥🔥
Hummmm butterfly effect
What about the theory of chaos??
y friend, the butterfly effect is a wild concept, and chaos theory only adds to the wonder of how small actions ripple out. Let’s keep exploring these ideas together 💭
Why less views😢
I agree, this should definitely see more people!
Free AOT spoil, let's goo
nice narration and ur thumbnails are perfect
Thanks, brother! I appreciate the love on the narration and thumbnails. I'm glad you’re enjoying the content! Let me know if there's any topic you'd like to see next 🔥
Great video brother ! you used so many anime clips in your video did you got copyright claim ?
Wow 🤯 I’m shocked at how few subs you have.
Thats not going to last for long.
Appreciate that, my brother! 🙏 It’s all about the journey, and every bit of support means the world. Just getting started and big things are on the horizon! What’s something you’re working towards right now? I'm curious to know
Boredom is the fuel.
Meditate
🔥
Damn bro generating good money off this TH-cam channel
Ha I wish... but my goal is not monetary, but rather to give support to people who are in similar situations to me 🙏🏼
Bro I think a TH-camr called plum sphere is copying your videos
Thanks for the heads-up, my friend! I come across things like this almost every day... that's unfortunate. At the end of the day, I’m just focused on making the best content I can. Let’s keep moving forward with positivity🚀
@@mindflowclub great attitude, I can learn a lot from you
@mindflowclub what a Chad, very inspirational even in the comments enjoy the like and sub
And what I'm a sister now.
I literally watched this almost word for word on another channel
Yea.. I've been seeing more and more people copying and uploading my videos 1:1 lately
@@mindflowclub the accounts name is plumsphere if u wanna do something about it. Although i originally thought u might have decided to create a second channel to reupload ur videos and get more views lowkey would work, this guy got 40k more views than you
8@35#
Why anime in the background tho ?
I think the anime in the background adds a bit of energy and emotion that connects with people on a different level. It’s not just visuals, it helps amplify the message by drawing in that emotional depth. What do you think?
why not?
Redo of healer
Pretty sure to keep our attention
Why can’t you be content
It was going so well and then it turned into a "Buy my course" kinda talk...oh well...
he never talked about a course?!
Finally a good one
One of the most powerful and pertinent content I've ever seen! 🩷✨ Thx from 🇨🇵
Thank you, my friend! Your support means the world to me and I’m glad the content resonates with you. Keep pushing forward-let’s grow together! 🇨🇵🩵
