    The dermastamp is a great little anti-aging device. It does take 3-6 months to see the benefits of new collagen in the skin from stamping or rolling on a consistent schedule though so it might be that you just need to continue for another few months with the 0.5mm. Just my thoughts on it, I have been derma rolling and stamping for 10 years now and that's what I found ;) You look great and I don't even see any lines or wrinkles! xoxo

    I had an odd thing happen this summer that improved some of the lines on my face. I got poison ivy on one side of my mouth. It was right at the corner. I would say about the size of a dime. It didn't spread but it did blister and seep. It lasted a long time. This was in May and it's still a little pink. But now there is such a big difference in how deep the lines are. The side without poison ivy is a much deeper line. I thought about slapping a little on the other side to even things up. But I'm sick of scab face. So I didn't. I'd keep up with that Dermastamp if I were you.

      What were you using on the poison ivy to heal it? It's possible that is what effected your line.

      calamine lotion

      I just don't think it would work because it's a drying lotion. Seems like it would just dry out my skin. There is not a sore for it dry out.

    You are aging like wine, you look so good😍 I am 19 and have started taking really really good care of my skin & hair lately, I exercise, eat healthier, use sun screen everyday (4-5th hour I reapply) and use night cream and day cream by nivea (it makes eye circles disappear completely and makes my skin feel so soft and plump)❤️ I do balyage on my hair at home, cut off my ends afterwards and then do deep conditioning treatment and rarely use heat and that helps a lot❤️ your hair looks amazing btw😍

    Wow, a size 1 is pretty drastic, you may want to try a .75? I know they make dermarollers in .75, so it would seem they'd also offer them in the stamp as well. Good luck. You may want to get a numbing cream, there's a ton of them on Amazon. Put that on 30 minutes before you stamp / roll. It helps a LOT.

    If you want to get rid of nasolabial folds, you should work on your cheeks - upper and medium part, we get them because our skin is sagging with age. At first I also rubbed in some serums and vitamins in the folds, but then an esthetician told me I wasn't doing right.

      N A, why would you throw it away?? After use, all you need to do it spritz it with some alcohol and let it dry before you put it away. I have had mine a lone time and use it frequently and I've never any skin infections.

      I wash mine w antibacterial soap, dry it off, then soak it in alcohol for 30 mins and let it air dry on a clean paper towel.

      T G Alcohol does not kill all bacteria and besides that, as Lou said and dermatologists will tell you the rolling action actually pulls and tears holes in the skin.

    What about trying the Derma Roller instead? That's what I have and it does not hurt if you don't apply a ton of pressure (just follow instructions/video tutorial). You might have slight feel-good tingly redness -- and I mean in a good way and slight -- after the first one or two uses.

    • @heylouzers
      @heylouzers  6 ปีที่แล้ว +6

      I used to use a derma roller. In the first derma stamp video there is an illustration of what the roller does as compared to the stamp. You should look at it. It's literally slashes as opposed to direct pokes. That's what made me switch.

    Lou, you're smile creases aren't bad at all! Maybe they appear worse in person, but on video are non-existent. I'm your same age and that's definitely what bothers me most about my aging face. I feel like Argireline (from The Ordinary) does help a little, and no pain! But if you feel you end up getting some good results with the longer needles, I'd be willing to give that a try too.

    Thank you for the follow up! I have bought/used several things you’ve done videos on-bangs, zote soap, etc. but I’m still on the fence with this one. I have deep, deep forehead lines that make me look angry all the time. I would love to get rid of them but I really fear pain!

    • @TayTay33
      @TayTay33 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I have the derma roller instead of a stamp for that and I definitely see a difference. I use it 3 times a week though and follow it with Retin-A mixed with moisturizer. (I wait 10 - 20 minutes before applying the Retin-A/moisturizer because I am worried about irritation.) The rolling can be a little uncomfortable, but not too bad.
