I'm designing a bridal bouquet for a friend soon, and will be using a mixture of dried and fresh florals like you did here -- what is the best way to keep it hydrated, in your experience? Should I keep the fresh stems long and cut the dried stems shorter (so that they don't hit the water), and then clip everything to the same length right before the ceremony?

Loved this! Do you have a guide of how many stems on average to include in a bridal bouquet (I know it will vary on flower size)
Thank you! I would say approx 20-30 stems per bouquet, depending on size.
Though I love astilbe and was a little sad to see it not used in the end the bouquet was perfect even without it! 😍🍂
