Meet the Heavy was originally a tech demo to showcase the improved facial expressions of the Source engine. That’s why it’s it’s just him sitting in a room talking and has that random cut to him laughing in the middle of his monologue. The bobble head the sniper has on his dash is the Civilian from Team Fortress Classic. One of the game modes had 3 teams, one made of snipers, one made of other classes, and the lone civilian. The objective was for the Civilian to reach the goal, with the snipers trying to kill him, and everyone else trying to escort him.

Fun Fact: The reason why in Meet The Medic only the Heavy gets the uber charge is, because Heavy at this point in time is the only Mercenary who had his heart replaced with a mega baboon heart. At the end of the video we can see Medic performing the operation on the seven other Mercs as well - and judging by the fact that he too gets it ingame it is safe to assume that he performed it on himself too.
Fun fact: If a heavy dies while holding the Sandvich before he eats it, he just drops it on the ground, where anyone can pick it up for 50 HP. Unless it's a Scout. Scouts, in reference to the Meet the Scout vid, get +75HP instead, AND they get an achievement the first time they do it.

One little fun detail in "Meet The Scout", is that at the one point when Scout touches the camera after his "Grass grows, Birds fly" speech, there's a small smudge on the screen. Yes, his mom. Joking aside, the Meet the Team vids are great for teaching new players about basic principles of playing certain classes. Heavy : Be on the front line, be loud, shoot gun. Sniper : Have the high ground, get headshots, be efficient. Engineer : that's the exception. Don't just build sentries. Give the other buildings some love too. Scout : You're fast, use that. Be a deadly annoyance. Demoman : Destroy Engineer buildings, make people go boom, set up sticky traps to make people go boom. Soldier : Switch weapons. Rockets for long range, shotgun for mid range, and shovel for melee. Also rocket jumping is a thing. Spy : Backstab peeps, which is possible even if you've been found out, sap Engineer buildings, and disguise to blend in, but most importantly, *ACTING.* Disguises don't fool anyone if you don't act like the class you're disguised as. Medic : heal people, and use the Über early to *prevent* damage. Pyro : Burn everything.

Tf 2 is so underappreciated of a game
especially by Valve
@@mrexists5400 yeah it such a shame that valve is treating tf 2 awful
By gamers? Nah, TF2 is timeless. The memes alone make the game immortal
By Valve? Oh, f#ck yeah. They've been screawng their own games six ways to sunday for the past 5 years
@@filipvadas7602 idk why they at least just have an open beta for balence changes and throw shit at the wall and see what sticks, I don't see how tweeking some numbers could take any longer then a few minutes a day.
19:29 Fun fact: sometimes when the scout gets gibbed a pigeon will fly out of his remains.
Just for a little more context, the soldier doesn't have just a shovel, but an entrenching tool. It's a collapsible shovel that fits in a pouch the size of a fat baseball home plate with one sharp edge and one serrated edge.
23:28 "the important ones like"The heavy is dead"
*THE HEAVY IS DEAD?!*
Engineer is very much the genesis of not just Torbjorn, but all turret heroes in OW. He has teleporters like Symmetra, he can repair his creations by pounding on them, and at level 3 his turret is as powerful if not more so than Bastion.
He even has creations and abilities OW heroes cannot replicate, such as his healing and ammo replenishing dispenser and the ability to pickup and carry his creations to a new location.
Oh wow she actually noticed Medic putting on gloves, people rarely notice that detail.
Ever since the Meet The Spy vid came out, if you recall the scene where the Spy cuts the Sniper's face, the Sniper's model in the game still has the scar on his cheek from that.
You have to show Kirby the most fashionable faction.
Kyles the kinda guy who would do a PowerPoint presentation on tf2 to his class when he was younger
I can tell cuz I did that when I was a kid
If I remember correctly, in the locker room, there is a purse in one of the slots up top with other pyro gear. It's been a minute since I played.
Back in the day, everyone tried to do the "Meet the Demoman" setup. And we were all shit enough at videogames back then that it tended to work pretty well.
Fun fact : In "Meet the Spy " When Blu spy says " He could even be - " And his head gets blown off , Scout / Red spy Finishes with what blu spy wanted to say . And that is "He could even be. "
18:25 response: and I was one of the best medic In the world at one point
Fun Fact: In game, Scout counts as 2 people when capturing a point or pushing the cart, this is because one of them is Scout and the other is Archimedes
2:26 “he’s actually really smart”
He actually is too, it’s just he’s constantly surrounded by bumbling idiots so he just temporarily loses some brain cells.
I’m not far into the vid, but whose gonna tell her about Saxton Hale?
she has to watch expiration date
Wait until Kirby hears that in TF2 lore, William Shakespeare invented the two-story building, stage play, America, and the Rocket Launcher, while Abraham Lincoln invented stairs so that people don't have to rocket jump up places but lost the blueprints
Bonk is a drink, the Force a nature is a shotgun, and you can strap the can of soda to the gun in the crafting menu to make a new gun.
"why'd they get so angry" "oh it was rightfully so" this guy for sure is a hard TF2 fan now lmao
“Now he puts on gloves”
Lady, what part of “That’s how I lost my medical license” didn’t you understand?
You should also react to Rangod "The History of TF2's Strangest items" and the "The TF2 Glitched Item Iceberg"
Its really interesting
Fun fact! Some ribs can and do grow back. Not all, and not from nothing, but the lowest ribs can regenerate significant portions when broken.
One detail I love about meet the spy is that red spy finishes blu spies sentence. :)
Blu spy: He could be in this very room, he could be you, he could be me, he could even be...
Red spy: Right behind you.
Also a fun fact: Canonically Medics uberbeam juice includes piss
I'm glad you put "She had no idea" in the title because it isn't a clickbait
She has No idea of ANYTHING
Dude the Thomas the Dank Engine we like to party video is so nostalgic omg! I remember seeing that I think before I finished High School!
WE LIKE TO PARTY WE LIKE WE LIKE TO PARTY BABABABABABABA
Edit: PYRO IS NOT FEMALE ALL CHARACTERS ARE MALE but pyro is them THEIR VOICE IS ONLY HUMBLE AND MUMBLE BECAUSE OF THE MASK (*ˊᗜˋ*)ᵗᑋᵃᐢᵏ ᵞᵒᵘ
Fun fact(that half the tf2 community knows): in the end of meet the spy, spy says "Ah, ma petit chou-fleur" which translates to "Ah, my little cauliflower"
17:38 When Medic is eating or washing his hands, she actually keeps his gloves on, this can be seen in a video made by the voice actor of the Medic
Pyro : Burn everything.
fun fact: the spy is also the voice of Pyro
