People thinking Lance Vance is broken go and play gta vcs first he always was headache for victor vance and always caused troubled to him . Victor Vance wanted to end criminal activites but Lance started trading drugs and he became more and more insane as they got rich and even in starting of VCS Victor mentions that Lance is useless and crappy
PS: in one VCS misson i remember when they lured lance by targeting his car he went berserk fell into trap and started chasing them while vic had to save his ass

Tommy has a drug empire that can doom dozens, brutally killed people, sometimes for no good reason, has little to no empathy for others and is a mob boss. Here’s the thing - Tommy was a kid when he became a criminal but was released as an adult and remained a mobster, even building a criminal empire, showing that he was always power-hungry and greedy. Considering his rapid rise to power in Liberty City at the age of 20, that alone demonstrates Tommy’s lust for power and greed. Tommy was loyal to Sonny, but ultimately he became what Sonny feared. Tommy just doesn’t care. He did what he wanted, maintaining an aura of confidence and egotism while at it and even went on selling drugs despite believing in a code of honour among thieves and in the Mafia hierarchy. Tommy is naive and there is a line that separates him from Sonny, but ultimately they’re not that different. Tommy is between Influenced and Pure Evil if you ask me.
