@wehttamak If you are already in the UK as a dependant then you just have to apply to any NHS trust or Care Home and they will let you work as a care assistant. You don't need to take the IELTS to do so but if you are still in your Country then you have to take the IELTS, do the care certificates and then apply for jobs with certificate of sponsorship
