Unfortunately, those dark purple spots are parts if the acid that’s in your phone. And if you see it, it means the acid is leaking out and your phone is about to die. ⭐️ Hope this helps ⭐️

Those are dead pixels. They can go away but if not, then they are stuck pixels which can be red, blue, green etc. Try to repair the screen
