Kenny, 76 races in one year is amazing, also a ton of work. Most we’ve ever done is 43 in 2016. We won two track championships at Bubba Raceway Park & Putnam County Speedway in Palatka, finished 3rd in points at All-Tech and 4th in points at North Florida Speedway.
We’re points racing again this year. Hope to see you at a track eventually.

Alright,Jughead and Austin in the house.A man that understands tires whether dirt or asphalt,is a very valuable asset to a racer,Austin does a very good job on dirt tires. He knows what Kenny needs for grip.He explains and executes like a veteran.Jughead is a loyal teamate, who knows how to work with Kenny, and keep that #36 in the hunt.

Is that a study hall tattoo that Austin's got there. It looks like about 3 hours worth. I see on other videos, guys grinding the tires flat. Couldn't you sharpen the edges by using the grinder kind of vertical to get at the edge. Thanks Kenny. 3 feet of snow on the ground up here in Superior Wi. Snowing like crazy right now. Put the hammer down!

Well, I’m gonna just let you know if you’re racing on asphalt OK people may not always know if you’re prepping the tire to make it softer. You’re gonna wanna put use solvent but those ones are illegal for the race tire as certain track did you not want to soften them so it’s like gradually you do it overtime like you’re gonna soften tires. You gonna see it a lot of times at the race tracks the confiscate the tires so you can’t put any stuff on them but if you do that you can get caught cheating cheating but if you had your tires that you’re gonna prep and make ready Within a year or two years then you’re gonna have to have them stenciled all around and those tires are probably last almost 300 laps but after three laps, they blow if they get caught in crash so no you have to know if you’re slick or your dirt car tires are gonna be really good or soft enough to do that. They only put. I think they only put 18 pounds of air in them to blow them up and then knock it down to like 10 pounds or 8 pounds. It depends on, your preparations shock springs but you don’t use tire softeners whatsoever cause they they know they know at the tech barn in the dirt and asphalt they know

Should where a respirator and cover protect them eyes any kinda grinding the dust from tires you in.hale that I worked at Firestone when I was in.hi school they made me wear that stuff the dust will kill you later on in life kenny my grandfather was president of Firestone I used to work in testing tires they had a room where they take a tire and spin it it was fun you know I was a junior on high school we. Go get a tire from any where when the tire like we would run them on a machine if you look.inside that tire has a number in side that tire it tells who built the tire and when it was cured and if 1 didn't pass they would exray each tire that the tire if they find out the tire and when you exray them it will show a blemishes in them they trow them in a open train and they would have the guy down there that was building and the guy that cured the tire cause back then it was peice work how many tires they got paid then they retrain them if it happens again.they would fire them
Hell we blue tires up they had a room bullet proof glass they would run these test tires at 50 miles a hr depends on the rating on the tire they end up taking these tires up to 100 mph .then some of the guys would blow 1 up I seen a 10 ply trailer tire explode at 180 or 90 mph man you should see what happens they said it passed but he wanted to have fun sounds like a stick of tnt went off
Lol them was the good old days that or them tires have a number in it they can trace it to the builder and the guy that cure them tires kinda neat to do that job I did other things too
