How about how to prepare for tryouts?
Good vid, now if we can get the rocks out of my gloves next lol
How about a video of a leg strength routine using common gym equipment?
Plenty more of those coming! In the mean time, check this out: th-cam.com/video/Min-Atq1gHk/w-d-xo.html
Thanks for the helpful video
Do you know that Minnesota hockey hair video?
Thanks buddy
I was just trying this in my little backyard rink. Just wondering what is the advantage of the backhand toe drag, I mean why not use the regular toe drag all the time (or whichever is easier for you to do)? It seems like they are kind of the same. Thanks.
Good question. There is added deception with the backhand toe drag that you don't get from the regular toe drag. It also allows you to pull it across your body quicker whereas the regular toe drag is more for pulling the puck towards your body
Can you do one on leg strengthening
For sure! Have you seen this one yet? th-cam.com/video/vTnIOsbmwyQ/w-d-xo.html
