@@newtimetravelhyman88 Same year as the release of Star Trek V: The Final Frontier. I can imagine if this was released before or after the movie was released in theaters back then.
That model was a disaster! Oh the details were good, but not entirely accurate, the big mistake in it was the engine pylons- solid metal, caused the engines to sag. Come on Franklin mint, you should know that!! Pewter is a soft metal. The engines should be hollow or the pylons made of diecast to endure the weight. I threw mine out. Waste of money.
